Nikki and her twin sister, Brie Bella, left WWE in 2023, rebranding themselves as the Garcia Twins. When asked about a potential WWE return on the red carpet of the Raw on Netflix premiere, Nikki teased the idea.

Nikki officially stepped away from in-ring competition in 2019, citing health concerns, including a career-threatening neck injury.
