Sheamus recently reunited with his former teammate Miro known to WWE fans as Rusev after the latter\’s departure from AEW.
The former TNT Champion was one of the names released by Tony Khan\’s company earlier this month, ending his 5-year run with the company.
The Celtic Warrior seemingly reunited with the now former AEW star recently for a drink and he shared a photo with Miro from a pub:

The History of Sheamus And Rusev
Sheamus and Rusev have history together as both partners and rivals. It was the Irish star who Rusev defeated to win his first ever title in WWE, winning the United States Championship in a WWE Network exclusive match in 2014.
The duo also teamed together as part of the short-lived League of Nations faction also featuring Alberto Del Rio and King Barrett back in 2016.
The former WWE star however, has not been active in the wrestling world for over a year. His last match came at the 2023 Worlds End PPV where he picked up a victory against Andrade.
All kind of rumours have persisted as to why the company did not book the former TNT Champion for any shows since then. With Miro now a free agent, it\’d be interesting to see if we get some answers to his AEW mystery.
