The trademark applicants are listed as Daniel Wheeler and David Harwood whose wrestling names are Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson respectively.
The trademark application was filed by lawyer Michael E. Dockins. He is also the lawyer who handled Cody Rhodes\' applications for the Bash at the Beach and other WCW event names recently.
The stated purposes of the trademark are listed below:
\"Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality.\"
