WWE sent out the following email to fans who have purchased tickets to tonight’s Hall of Fame ceremony:

Please show the proper respect to the WWE Superstars and Hall of Fame Inductees when they are on stage speaking. There will be no inappropriate behavior, cat calls, or chants of any kind tolerated at all. Violation of this policy will result in immediate ejection from The Smoothie King Center without warning.

– For those asking if CM Punk is in New Orleans this weekend, he was actually on stage at an “Against Me!” rock concert at the Durty Nellie in Palatine, Illinois on Friday evening. Obviously this doesn’t mean anything one way or the other, as he could still very well show up in New Orleans tomorrow or Sunday, although we haven’t heard anything like that at this point.

    WrestleMania XXX host Hulk Hogan spoke to SportsIllustrated.com this week and commented on the possibility of John Cena turning heel and questioned whether Daniel Bryan will able to be the face of WWE for years to come. Here are the highlights of what he said about:

    John Cena Turning Heel: “He’s at the perfect time to pull a ‘Hollywood’ Hulk Hogan on everybody. If he was to switch and take that hustle, loyalty, and respect and tell everybody how he was running game on everybody the whole time, he’d have another ten years wide open without even looking back,. So maybe in five years, it’s John Cena running the game on everybody.”

    Questioning Daniel Bryan’s Longevity: “When I look around the roster, Daniel Bryan is on one hell of a roll right now, but he gets beat to death every night he goes out there. The big guys just go out and stomp on him. Can he handle that for five more years? I don’t know. It’s anybody’s game at this point.”

    Final Rating For This Week’s Edition Of TNA Impact Wrestling

    The Thursday, April 3rd edition of TNA Impact Wrestling on Spike TV drew a final cable rating of 0.938. The number marks a slight increase compared to the 0.933 cable rating that the show drew the previous week.

    Thursday’s edition of Impact Wrestling averaged 1.119 million viewers, which was actually down from last week’s 1.156 million viewers.

    The band “Rev Theory” will be performing live at WrestleMania XXX on Sunday night, according to a new post on their official Facebook page.

    While not confirmed, it’s pretty likely that the group will sing Randy Orton’s “Voices” theme song live for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship main event of the evening, as that is their song.

    The following are highlights of a new Diamond Dallas Page interview:

    On WWE purchasing WCW: “I knew my career was going to continue in WWE no matter what. So it didn’t affect me personally until I realized that a lot of people were going to lose their jobs and essentially lose their dreams. However, I always knew I would get to WWE because that was my goal since I was 17 years old.”

    On his time in WWE: “The positive side of it is it was an awesome learning experience. What I should have done was say “This is an awesome angle, but not for me; let me know when you want to do People’s Champion vs People’s Champion” and then walk away. Since I didn’t, I learned a huge lesson. I always tell people it doesn’t matter if you make mistakes as long as you learn from them. So in reality, the Stalker angle was probably the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

    “I may not have had the run that I wanted in WWE, but I got a great Wrestlemania match with Christian and I got to be on the same card as The Rock vs Hulk Hogan. It’s also funny how things come around because I was a competitor at Wrestlemania X8, but 12 years ago when Wrestlemania was held in that same arena, I was driving a pink Cadillac.”

    On Eric Bischoff: “Bischoff was my close friend that I met in the AWA. We were nobodies together and we came up together. Nobody believed in either of us. We helped each other out with angles, matches, etc. He protected me when guys tried to mess with me. I missed having that when I got to WWE because there was a ton of egos.”

    On Vince McMahon: “As far as Vince is concerned, I never really got to know him. I have respect for him, but I don’t know the guy that well because I wasn’t a top guy in WWE.”

    Update On WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony, Red Carpet Pre-Show, More

    – WWE will be airing a red carpet special pre-show leading into the WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony at 8pm EST. on the WWE Network on Saturday.

    – As noted, the WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony will air live on the WWE Network. It should be noted that the Network only has two-and-a-half hours blocked out for the show, however it is their network, so one would assume that if they go over it won’t be a big deal.

    – The televised edited-version of the WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony is scheduled to air on the USA Network immediately after WWE RAW on Monday night. USA Network has one hour blocked out for the special.

    On the success he’s had in his career: “I got to go from WrestleMania I to a career I could have never, ever dreamed of having. It doesn’t even feel real.”

    Batista recently spoke with The Washington Post to promote WrestleMania XXX. Here are some highlights of what he said about:

    Returning as a Babyface: “They told me that I was going to come back and be this huge babyface. I said, ‘no, it’s not going to work.’ They said, ‘no way, they’re dying for you to come back.’ I said, ‘that’s going to last two minutes, just watch.’ And sure enough it did.”

    Fans Hijacking Shows:  “They used to want to interact with the show,” Bautista says. “But now the crowd almost wants to be the show. Well, if you wanna bethe show, take your a– to wrestling school, just like I did, just like everybody else here who is busting their a– and actually become part of the show! Don’t just sit in the audience and try to randomly steal the show.”

    Exclusive Photos From The WrestleMania Superstore In New Orleans

    I am currently in New Orleans for WrestleMania XXX weekend and had a chance to check out the WrestleMania Super Store located in the New Orleans Convention Center.

    The sheer amount of merchandise available is staggering, with everything from t-shirts to championship belts, hats, toys, masks, posters, WWE hot sauce and everything in between. They must have had 15 different styles of WrestleMania XXX shirts alone, with individual t-shirts for several of the matches on the card.

    There is new merchandise for several WWE legends, including all of the 2014 WWE Hall of Famers. There was a surprising amount of merch for CM Punk and Randy Savage, including a McFarlane Toys statue of Randy Savage from WrestleMania 5 that’s coming out this summer. There’s also a full section of Jim Ross BBQ products.

    WWE is also holding autograph signings in the Superstore and I got a chance to meet Fandango and Summer Rae.

    Overall, a very impressive display of WWE’s merchandising efforts.

    Patterson Sings At Bourbon Street Karaoke Bar, WrestleMania Replay News

    – The WWE Network will have a replay of WrestleMania XXX as soon as the broadcast is completed. Fans who tune in to the show late will also be able to start the broadcast from the beginning.

    – Pat Patterson made a surprise appearance at a karaoke bar on Bourbon street on Wednesday night and performed a rousing rendition of “What a Wonderful World.” SEScoops.com reader Chaz Barnes sent in the following recap and video:

    “I was out on Bourbon street on Wednesday night and none other than Pat Patterson made an unexpected appearance at the Cat’s Meow karaoke bar we were in at the time. He knocked out a rather excellent rendition of “What a Wonderful World” by Louis Armstrong (complete with mid-song YES chants from the crowd in attendance). He stopped for a couple of photos afterwards and then was gone.”
