Hulk Hogan Tells All About His Sex Tape On Howard Stern

10

TNA star Hulk Hogan appeared on the Howard Stern radio show on Tuesday morning and as you can imagine, the topic of Hogan’s sex tape came up.

In response to rumors that the woman in the tape was Heather Clem (Bubba The Love Sponge’s estranged wife), Hogan confirmed that it was indeed her.

Hulk said that the tape was filmed 6 years ago, when Hulk’s marriage to Linda was falling apart. After Hulk was getting verbally and emotionally abused by his now ex-wife, Bubba gave Hulk his blessing to “sleep” with Clem.

Hulk admitted that he was an emotional wreck at the time and that his “performance” wasn’t up to par.

Hogan says he’s working with police to find out who released the tape, because he swears he didn’t know he was being recorded.

Hulk vows to press charges against the perpetrator and is working to block the tape’s sale/release.

WWE Releases New CM Punk Merchandise, Jim Ross Addresses Jerry Lawler’s Health, Sheamus

5

– Taking a page out of the John Cena playbook, WWE has released a slate of similarly-styled CM Punk merchandise. Coming in yellow, this includes an “Authentic” T-Shirt reading “GTS” on the front and “BEST IN THE WORLD” on the back, as well as a baseball cap, pendant and wristbands.

The description of all the products reads: “It’s not surprising that CM Punk cites the radical “Rowdy” Roddy Piper as a childhood influence. After all, Punk is the embodiment of the anti-establishment, the modern-day “Voice of the Voiceless,” whose skill at igniting verbal “pipe bombs” is rivaled only by Hot Rod himself. Punk even looks the part of rebel with his too-numerous-to-count tattoos and body piercings. Yet, he waxes way more philosophical than his exterior might suggest, and has shown a diverse set of interests that include ghost hunting, G. I. Joe and the “Straight Edge” movement.”

To view the products, click here.

– Jim Ross addressed fan reaction regarding Jerry “The King” Lawler’s health on Twitter Monday. He wrote, “Amazing how some think @JerryLawler heart attack was a storyline. Embarrassingly stupid/naive. Jerry’s rapidly improving. Back soon.”

When asked if Lawler would be appearing on Raw, Ross said, “No…it will be a few wks but he’s doing great.”

– Promoting tonight’s Raw, Sheamus tweeted Monday, “The #BrogueClub is tippy-toeing into Sacramento Ca for #WWERaw tonight. But has me bloody nose healed?”

CM Punk Talks About Batista’s MMA Debut

12

WWE Champion CM Punk was interviewed by Ariel Helwani for the MMA Hour show and spoke about Batista’s MMA debut this past Saturday night. Punk acknowledged that Batista looked “really nervous” but says he was impressed that Batista was able to control his ‘butterflies’ and score the first round TKO.

VIDEO Of BATISTA’s MMA Debut

Here’s what Punk said about:

Batista’s Decision To Do MMA: “I think it’s awesome, too. Dave just wanted the experience. He wanted to fight even if it was just one time. It was something that he wanted to do. He loves it so he put his mind to it and did it, and I think that amazing. I don’t think anybody can criticize that. He has no delusions of grandeur. He’s not trying to get a big, fat UFC contract. He’s not trying to coast on his name from the WWE. He’s just fighting because he wanted to experience it.”

Critical Fans: “The haters, if you’re doing something right you’re going to get criticized. I don’t think there’s a whole lot of people who can do what Dave did, and those are the ones that are going to criticize him. To me, those are the funniest ones. They say funny stuff. They make the funniest comments and they’re fun to laugh at.”

Christopher Daniels On How Much Longer He Plans To Wrestle, Knockout Appears In Nude Scene

4

– Promoting next Sunday’s Bound For Glory pay-per-view event, Christopher Daniels addressed a number of TNA topics in an interview with Jeff Wilen of The Daytona Beach News-Journal, including the Aces & 8s storyline.

“I know our company has sat down and mapped up where it wants to go months ahead of time,” he states. “The end result will be something months of effort have been put into.”

As the current TNA World Tag Team Champions, Christopher Daniels and Kazarian have dubbed themselves “The World Tag Team Champions of the World.” He explains the label.

“With the idea of being a team a year ago, we saw a lack of long-term tag teams in TNA. We decided to do a tag team and be a tag team like Motor City Machine Guns and Beer Money. Other circumstances have allowed us to be the best tag team in our company right now. I feel we’re the team to beat. I feel we’re the target. We’ve set it up so we’ve made the belts mean something,” he said.

Now 42-years-old and having wrestled since 1993, Daniels doesn’t plan on hanging up the boots anytime soon.

“As long as I don’t prostitute my principals, I see many, many years of wrestling left,” Daniels said of his future in wrestling. “My goal is to get to 20 years. In January, I will be at 20. I’d love to get 25 or 30. I probably will still be in the business after wrestling, maybe in play-by-play or color commentary. We’ll see. I don’t see an end to my in-ring career yet.”

Daniels also addressed company morale, the Claire Lynch storyline, Austin Aries vs. Jeff Hardy at Bound For Glory, if he plans to remain a tag team wrestler and more. (Interview)

– Taryn Terrell, who works as an actress outside of TNA Wrestling, appeared completely nude on Sunday night’s episode of Treme on HBO. The episode airs multiple times this week.

RVD Reveals When HIs TNA Contract Expires & Whether He’d Return To WWE

10

TNA star Rob Van Dam recently appeared on Joe McDonnell Uncensored and revealed that his TNA contract expires in March 2013.  Here’s what RVD said about his future & whether he’d return to WWE:

“I walked away from every wrestling company I’ve ever worked for, except for one. When I first started out, the first territory I did in the summer of ’91 was USWA. It was the Jarretts’. So when my contract runs out with TNA, who even knows if Jeff is one of the bosses anymore, it’s so confusing. But if he is and it’s their decision, if they say, ‘Thanks, we enjoyed it’ and we walk off, it’ll be like the only two times in my career (that’s happened). Every other time meaning WWE twice, ECW, WCW, All Japan, everywhere – I’ve always been like, ‘All right I’ve had enough.’ I felt like I knew when it was time to go. I never had any regrets.”

“Right now this could actually be my last gig, I don’t know. When my deal’s up (in March), I don’t even know what I want. People are asking, ‘Oh, are you going to WWE?’ I honestly don’t know what I want to happen. I’m more of go with the flow, let’s see what happens. Anyway, it’s possible that when it’s up that I could maybe not even sign another full-time deal, who knows. It’s possible, which would make this my last full-time gig.”
