– Sylvestre Terkay did not wrestle on the show but filmed scenes for Zombie vs. Wrestler movie that Shane Douglas also appears in.

– Taya Parker from the VH1 reality show Rock of Love was the ring girl.

– Reby Sky cut a promo talking about the women of wrestling who came before her, such as ECW originals Francine and Beulah McGillicutty. As she was leaving, Homicide came out and got in her face. She slapped him and he laid her out with an Ace Crrusher. Matt Hardy ran out to save his girlfriend.

– Shane Douglas cut promo about how Extreme Rising is bringing back Lucha Libre. He introduced Pescadilla (Super Crazy’s nephew) and Bestia 666 (son of Damian 666).

– Matt Hardy and Jerry Lynn put each other over on the mic after their main event match.

* Triple Threat Match: Brad Maddox (FCW Jack Brisco 15 Champion) d. Bray Wyatt & Leo Krueger via pinfall on Wyatt.

Bray Wyatt went down early in the match, and appears to have injured his shoulder badly. Match ended quickly after some confusion. Wyatt was taken to the back fairly quickly.

– Thursday’s Impact Wrestling drew a 0.97 cable rating with 1,262,000 viewers.

– TNA star Kurt Angle tweeted the following message this week, claiming to be the best pro wrestler today:

“I Whipped Robbie E in 40 Seconds. I’m The Best In Wrestling today. Not Orton or Cena or CM Punk. I Am the Best. And I’m TNA!”

Since claiming to be the best pro wrestler “today” might not due his greatness justice, he clarified his statements with:

“I’m the Best Ever.

Angle also announced that he’s marrying his fiance on July 20th:

– Cody Rhodes is 27 years old today. He was born on June 30, 1985.

– Cody Rhodes says he is quitting Twitter after his 100th tweet because he does not like using the social media service. He currently has 98 tweets.

– Cody Rhodes told WWE.com that after he and David Otunga failed to qualify for the SmackDown brand’s Money in the Bank match, he plans to file a formal protest with WWE’s Board of Directors.

– With WWE featuring legends on recent episodes of RAW (Vader, Sid), there has been talk that Diamond Dallas Page will be brought in for Monday’s show to wrestle a match.

WWE Officials Happy With Ryback, Developmental Diva To FCW

– WWE officials have reportedly been impressed with Ryback’s crowd reactions at live events. Fans are starting to chant his “Feed Me More” catch phrase and there is optimism that his character will take off.

As previously reported, Vince McMahon is said to be a strong supporter of Ryback. As a way of getting live crowds to support Ryback (and put heel heat on his opponents), WWE has been announcing that his “local talent” victims hail from the rival cities of where that WWE event is taking place.

– WWE developmental diva Tenille Tayla will soon report to Florida Championship Wrestling to begin training. She has been under WWE contract since last year, but underwent shoulder surgery shortly after getting signed. She wrote on Facebook:

“Thankyou to all my family and friends for the love and support. It’s been a long hard journey but happy and proud to say I am now getting a chance to fulfil my dream of not only living in the USA but working for the WWE. Ric Flair Domestic Violence Update: Who Called The Cops?

This past Monday night, Ric Flair and his wife Jacqueline Bains Beems were involved in yet another violent altercation at their condo in Charlotte, North Carolina. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were called to the home and it was determined that Beems assaulted Flair. Nobody was arrested or hospitalized.

The New York Daily News is now reporting that Ric Flair was the person who called the police to get protection from his wife.

Beems was arrested back in 2010 after punching Ric Flair in the face. She was also arrested back in March on charges of DWI and reckless driving.

On Friday’s SmackDown, the following superstars qualified for the upcoming SmackDown Money in the Bank Match, with a contract to wrestle the World Heavyweight champion (at any time) on the line:

It was announced on Smackdown that the Interim General Manager next week’s RAW Supershow & Tuesday’s live “Great American Bash” Super SmackDown will be none other than Teddy Long.

WWE is bringing back former General Managers each week to run RAW and SmackDown on a temporary basis until a new permanent General Manager will be named on the 1,000th RAW Celebration on July 23rd.

So far, we’ve seen Mick Foley, Vickie Guerrero and now Teddy Long running RAW and SmackDown.

We’ve heard that WWE is even considering bringing back the mystery “Anonymous General Manager” for one week as a way to finally tie up that loose end and reveal who was behind forgotten angle – but we’ll see if that actually happens.

Booker T’s Twitter Account & Website Hacked By Hate Group

Booker T’s Twitter account and website were hacked on Friday by a group believed to be affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) organization.

The hackers posted Booker T’s personal emails as well as addresses and phone numbers of his wife Sharmel on his website. The following message appears on Booker T’s official website:

Just Jacked the sh*t out of this f*cking *** who goes by the name “Booker Huffman”, we also took the extra time to f*ck his monkey wife over. Booker is known for being a “Professional”, yet fake WWE wrestler.

The hackers posted many racist messages via Booker T’s Twitter account and redirected his RealityOfWrestling.com site to a Klan website.

Maxine Confirms Departure From WWE, Not Planning On Wrestling

Maxine confirmed rumors of her departure from WWE via Twitter Friday.

“We have come to terms on my release. Its been a ride I want to thank WWE for the experience and understanding on my feelings,” Maxine wrote. “Its not easy saying goodbye. But there are other options at wich I can do. To my fans you may not see me on the WWE screen but on another(;.”

She continues, “I want to do nothing but get the real chance to entertain all of you…sometimes you have to make that chance for yourself!!

“I want to take all of you with me…so I hope you all understand why i made my decision.”

Maxine also says she has no plans to continue wrestling.

She clarified, “Im not going to another wrestling company that is not in my plans!!! I didnt ask for my release to go to another company.”

According to PWInsider.com, Maxine quit WWE due to frustrations with “not being offered a guaranteed deal and not having the chance to prove herself on TV beyond the WWE NXT level.” Her profile, however, remains on the company website and no official announcement concerning her status has been made.

Maxine, whose real name is Karlee Perez, joined WWE as a developmental talent in 2009. After learning the ropes in Florida Championship Wrestling, she was promoted to NXT for the Diva-exclusive third season. She returned to the program in August and became involved in a love triangle with Derrick Bateman and Johnny Curtis.

TNA Working With Chikara, Video Of Joey Ryan’s Impact Invasion

— On Thursday’s Impact Wrestling, the returning Sunjay Dutt defeated masked wrestler Rubix in the opening round of the TNA X Division Championship tournament. As previously reported, Rubix is independent wrestler Ed McGuckin, who wrestles for Chikara and has previously worked for ROH, CZW and Full Impact Pro.

According to a report at PWInsider.com, Rubix won’t be the only Chikara wrestler headed to TNA. There was buzz backstage at Thursday’s Impact that TNA has some sort of working relationship with Chikara and more wrestlers from Chikara are expected to appear on TNA television in the coming weeks and months.

— TNA Gutcheck reject Joey Ryan “invaded” Thursday’s Impact Wrestling and has posted a video to Youtube documenting his anti-TNA crusade.

Ryan says the fans are clamoring for him and he was simply giving the fans what they want by showing up at Impact to confront Taz. He says he doesn’t want a job, he doesn’t want some “sh*t Alex Silva developmental contract” and have to move to Louisville, Kentucky (location of OVW/TNA developmental) and make $300 – he wants TNA to do the right thing and give him a talent contract.

“This about what’s right and what’s wrong. What’s wrong is you trying to dictate what the fans see … It’s your responsibility to give [the fans] what they want”

Terry Anderson, who has worked as a seamstress and costume designer for WWE since 1989, confirmed online reports that Maxine has quit the sports entertainment organization.

Anderson joyfully teased a WWE departure Tuesday evening via Twitter, writing:

She was than asked whether the person in question was Randy Orton, who is currently serving a sixty-day suspension for his second violation of the Talent Wellness Program. She responded:

3 Top FCW Stars Debut On Week 2 Of WWE NXT

Several of WWE’s top developmental prospects from Florida Championship Wrestling debuted on Week 2 of the new season of WWE NXT from Full Sail University.

Former FCW Champion Seth Rollins (former ROH World Champion Tyler Black) wrestled in the opening contest and efeated Jiro. Rollins cut a promo after the match and said he has arrived in NXT and plans to “change the world.”

South African wrestler Leo Kruger, another former FCW Champion, cut a promo and called himself the “Alpha Male Lion.” He later defeated Aiden English via submission in a match that he dominated from bell to bell.

Richie Steamboat was the third FCW alumnus to debut in NXT, defeating Rick Victor. After the match, Steamboat celebrated with his father, WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat. Richie Steamboat vowed to take the Steamboat name to new heights in WWE.

Working for Vince McMahon: “Vince is a very intimidating, dominating character and personality. I’ve seen Vince come up with some of the smallest ideas that don’t seem like much and then you go, ‘Oh my god, this is a stroke of genius.’ He really gets the most out of all the little things. That’s one thing I learned when I worked hand in hand with him. When I describe Vince, I call him a psychotic genius. I have seen times when he was a maniac and chewed people out for no reason. He’s not afraid to do anything. He has done it all…he’s had his head shaved, did embarrassing things with girls. There isn’t anything that he would ask his talent to do that he wouldn’t do.”

His relationship with brother Jeff: “I see him every day that he is at home. Myself and my girlfriend Reby Sky have been raiding his and his wife’s pool everyday; it’s been nice. Jeff is doing great. He is still an enigma to a degree but he has went from being one of the most unpredictable enigmas that you ever met to being the most responsible human being that I know, especially with him being a father now. He is at a great place in his life, and I am, too. I don’t think our relationship has ever been stronger than it is right now.”

Why tag team wrestling has fallen off the radar: “We came along during a very special time in the business…the height of the Attitude era. Stone Cold was white-hot and The Rock was a huge megastar. Ratings were great and those guys were selling out arenas everywhere. Management was able to put the top guys on cruise control because they didn’t have to worry, so they had extra time to focus on the tag team division or the women. At the point they’re at now, they’re still scrambling for the white hot guys. John Cena is the face of the company right now but there is no one setting record TV ratings or selling out arenas on a consistent basis. Once they find those one or two top guys that are the franchise players, they can dedicate their attention to tag teams again.”

– WWE Hall of Famers Jim Ross and Gerald Brisco will be attending the upcoming George Tragos/Lou Thesz Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame weekend in Waterloo, Iowa. Ross and Brisco will be evaluating talent at a tryout camp that will be held that weekend.

Batista Starring In New “Iron Fists” Tarantino Movie (Trailer)

Former WWE superstar Dave Bautista’s major announcement is that he’ll be appearing in the upcoming Kung Fu movie “The Man with the Iron Fists.” Academy Award winner Russell Crowe, Lucy Liu and MMA fighter Cung Lee will also be appearing.

“Iron Fists” was produced by Quentin Tarantino, directed by Wu Tang Clan rapper RZA and was written by Eli Roth and RZA.

Battle Royal On Super SmackDown, Video Of Anti-Bullying Rally

– It was announced on WWE Superstars that next week’s “Great American Bash” live Tuesday SmackDown will feature a Battle Royal. The participants will be WWE Champion CM Punk, World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Big Show and Alberto Del Rio.

The other match WWE is hyping for the show is Divas Champion Layla and The Great Khali vs. Aksana and Antonio Cesaro.

– As previously reported, WWE taped 6 matches for this week’s Superstars, which is more than usual. The matches that aired on this week’s show saw Kofi Kingston defeat Michael McGillicutty, Darren Young defeat Epico, The Usos defeat Hunico & Camacho and Kane defeat Heath Slater in the main event.

The other two matches that were taped were Sin Cara vs. Antonio Cesaro and the Primetime Players vs. Primo & Epico. Those matches could air next week or they might have just been dark matches.

– WWE released the following video from Wednesday night’s “Be A Star” anti-bullying rally at the Brooklyn Cyclones minor league baseball game. Zack Ryder, Mark Henry, Lilian Garcia and Natalya were in attendance:
