SummerSlam Leaving Barclays Center?
WWE has been holding SummerSlam in the Barclays Center since 2015 but it appears that the company is now trying to take the event to the next level by moving it away from the Brooklyn based arena.
According to WrestleVotes Twitter account, SummerSlam is expected to be moved from the arena after this year and the company is eying for a larger, outdoor stadium for the PPV for next year:
Following up w/ a report from a few months back, source states it’s a near certainty SummerSlam is moving from Barclays in Brooklyn after this year. WWE would love to host at a stadium, although middle of summer is tough. Keep an eye out for “vacation” cities.

While no matches have been announced for this year’s SummerSlam so far, reports suggest that the PPV will be main evented by Brock Lesnar who is likely to drop the Universal Championship at the upcoming show.
Jack Swagger On Pro Wrestling Future
Former WWE Superstar Jack Swagger recently spoke to Sports Illustrated where he talked about facing ‘Filthy’ Tom Lawlor during the latest MLW tapings, having Colonel Robert Parker as a manager and more.
Speaking about his future in pro wrestling, Swagger, who is also pursuing an MMA Career with Bellator, said that he still has a lot to prove in the industry:
“I have watched the evolution of the athlete, seeing opponents getting faster, stronger, and healthier. They’re better informed as far as training procedures and sports medicine, which allows you to accomplish more and more things that were thought un-doable. So I still have a lot to prove, and that’s starting in MLW.”
