WWE is closing out the year with one final episode of Raw so let’s take a look at the show with a preview.
WWE gave its talent time off last week to spend time with their families for the Christmas holiday. One would think the build towards the Royal Rumble pay-per-view will start soon for the Raw brand.
Thus, it’s time to look ahead starting with tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, which marks the final show of 2019 for WWE.
WWE holds this show in Hartford, CT at the XL Center on the USA Network. WWE is advertising the following items for tonight’s broadcast:
- Lana and Bobby Lashley to marry on the final Raw of 2019
- Aleister Black and Buddy Murphy to battle in WWE TLC rematch
The fallout from last week’s angle where Seth Rollins and Authors of Pain attacked Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens in the closing segment. The belief is that Owens and Joe will form an alliance to battle the heels.
WWE will also be creating new programs and building on the hype for existing feuds that will take place heading into the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event on Sunday, January 26, 2020 Houston, Texas at the Minute Maid Park.
As of this writing, WWE has only officially announced one match for the Royal Rumble card and it doesn’t involve the RAW brand. Instead, it’s from Friday Night SmackDown that features Daniel Bryan challenging Bray Wyatt for the WWE Universal Championship. That should change as WWE announces more matches starting with this show.
As usual, fans should expect more matches and segments to be revealed this afternoon for RAW to add to the preview to get fans hyped for the show.
