Big Cass’ current physical rehabilitation routine includes training twice a day. Cass says he’s been working with John Cena‘s trainer Rob McIntyre. He plans to return bigger, better and stronger than ever. If he stays on track, he should be back in the ring shortly after WrestleMania 34.

During his time away, Cass and Carmella bought a house in Tampa. In addition to playing video games and watching shows, Cass said he’s been brushing up on his Spanish in hopes of making himself even more valuable to WWE.

Cass and Carmella are featured on the new season of Total Divas. Cass said it’s “very, very weird” being on a reality TV show but acknowledges that’s what he signed up for.
