Bryan Alvarez reported on F4WOnline that Jack Perry has still not re-signed with AEW as of today, with his contract set to expire very shortly.
As of today, Jack Perry still has not re-signed with AEW and his contract is up very shortly.
Reports first emerged in June that Perry and AEW were in negotiations for a new deal. Tony Khan spoke highly of Perry on a media call prior to Forbidden Door and expressed hope that a deal would be finalized to keep him with the company long-term.
Perry is the son of the late “90210” actor Luke Perry. He has been with AEW since the company’s early days and has held the TNT Championship, AEW World Tag Team Championship, and National Championship during his run.
His most recent match was a loss to Zack Sabre Jr. on the June 24 episode of Dynamite.
