Bayley Could Take On Expanded WWE Role

According to  False Finish, a source indicated that people within WWE believe Bayley has re-signed. The same source claimed she is expected to become more involved with the company outside of her usual on-screen role.

There are currently no details about whether the additional responsibilities could involve mentoring younger wrestlers, contributing behind the scenes or taking on another position entirely. For now, the only indication is that WWE may have bigger plans for Bayley than simply putting her back on television.

That would represent an interesting evolution for someone who has already spent more than a decade in WWE and played a major role in the growth of its women’s division.

Bayley has been absent from WWE television since July 18, when she lost to Lyra Valkyria at Saturday Night’s Main Event and was subsequently written off through a post-match attack. She has made occasional appearances away from television since then.
