Former WWE Women’s Champion Bianca Belair can bend her surgically repaired finger again, a milestone she documented with video.
On her Instagram Story, ‘The EST of WWE’ has shared the footage as evidence of her progress months after surgery, crediting her time away from the ring for giving her the focus to push through physical therapy.
Belair then revealed that her pregnancy has actually given her more room to commit to rehab for the injured finger. The clip shows her bending it, a step she had not been able to take in the months following her operation.
One thing about being pregnant… it’s really given me the time to get my finger better!!! We are still on therapy and We are bending!” Belair wrote.
Road To Recovery
The finger injury, which Belair previously detailed in a recovery update she shared with a photo, involved a crushed knuckle joint that became a bigger problem than initially expected. She underwent surgery earlier this year, and the recovery timeline stretched well beyond initial estimates.
Her pregnancy, which she announced during WrestleMania 42, has extended that time away from WWE. Rather than two separate setbacks competing for attention, the dual circumstances have let Belair to concentrate fully on healing.
Belair has been candid about the experience throughout, including an unexpected pregnancy struggle she opened up about earlier. Between rehab and pregnancy, the finger update is the clearest signal yet that she remains on track for an eventual return to the ring.
