As SmackDown went off the air, CM Punk and Danhausen channeled their inner Oba Femi and did his signature strut.
In a video posted on X, CM Punk, Oba Femi, and Danhausen defeated The Vision in a dark match after the September 25 episode of SmackDown. Following their victory, Danhausen began doing Oba’s famous strut walk in the ring.
This led The Ruler to tell Punk to try it too. The Best in the World agreed and did the strut in the middle of the ring, ending with Oba’s pose as the lights dimmed in the arena. The scene concluded with all three WWE stars doing Femi’s pose together. You can check out the video below:
CM Punk qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match on SmackDown
On the September 25 episode of Friday Night SmackDown,
CM Punk clashed with Finn Balor and Gunther in a triple-threat Money in the Bank qualifying match. The Best in the World outlasted them both and earned a spot in the ladder match.
The Second City Saint is no stranger to Money in the Bank ladder matches. He is a former two-time back-to-back winner who has cashed in his contract successfully both times. Moreover, he recently dropped the Undisputed WWE title to Sami Zayn.
Therefore, Money in the Bank 2026 could be his opportunity to come close to the title again and make history by winning it for a record third time.
