A rising WWE star has invited Bayley to come to SmackDown amid her uncertain future with the promotion.
The star is none other than the new WWE Women’s United States Champion, Jacy Jayne. She defeated Tiffany Stratton on SmackDown last week to capture her first major singles title on the main roster.
On the other hand, Bayley reacted to a photo of herself hosting her segment, ‘Ding Dong Hello,’ with Jacy Jayne on NXT a few years ago and mentioned her in the tweet. It caught the attention of the new champion, who took to her X to invite Bayley to SmackDown, saying:
Come to Smackdown…I wanna see something????.
This came amid the Role Model’s absence from WWE television since Saturday Night’s Main Event in July. It has been reported that Bayley is nearing the end of her WWE contract, with one report suggesting it could end next year and many rumors that she is AEW-bound once she becomes a free agent. The former WWE Women’s Champion herself has been teasing her exit with a lot of cryptic and other posts on social media
Moreover, WWE reportedly would not bring her back to TV until a new deal is agreed. With no clarity on her future as of now, we will have to wait and see what is next for Bayley.
