Frankie Kazarian Signs New TNA Contract at No Surrender

Frankie Kazarian announced he has signed a new contract with TNA Wrestling during the No Surrender pre-show on February 13, 2026, from The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee. The former TNA World Champion revealed the deal comes with a significant pay raise, taking credit for leading the company into the AMC era.

Kazarian interrupted a scheduled singles match between Ryan Nemeth and a returning Alan Angels before the bell even rang, demanding the ring be set up for an impromptu episode of his "King's Speech" segment. Nemeth opted to leave, quipping that he'd get paid regardless since he already stepped in the ring.

Kazarian Takes Credit for TNA's AMC Deal

With Angels still standing in the ring, Kazarian boasted about his role in securing TNA's television deal with AMC and declared that his new contract reflects his value to the company. He vowed to get back into the TNA World Championship picture, noting he lost the title while wrestling with a broken hand.

Kazarian also teased "Option C" and said he would be watching the No Surrender main event between Mike Santana and Leon Slater versus Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards very closely.

Alan Angels Returns to TNA

Angels made his first TNA appearance since his contract expired in early 2025, when the former AEW Dark Order member posted an emotional farewell to the promotion. His return caught fans off guard as he refused to leave the ring during Kazarian's self-congratulatory promo.

When Kazarian demanded Angels vacate the ring, Angels grabbed the microphone and told him he didn't remember Kazarian being "such an asshole," drawing a chant from the Nashville crowd. Kazarian attacked, but Angels countered with a punch that dropped him, leading to an impromptu match.

Kazarian Defeats Angels Via Submission

In the quick contest that followed, Angels showed flashes of offense including a hurricanrana to the floor and a high crossbody for a near fall. He also locked in the Rings of Saturn, but Kazarian escaped and applied his signature chickenwing submission hold. Angels tapped out at the 2:26 mark, giving Kazarian the victory.

Kazarian won the TNA World Championship from Santana in November 2025 by cashing in his Call Your Shot Trophy, but lost the title back on TNA's AMC premiere on January 15, 2026, and again at Genesis two days later. With a new contract in hand and his sights set on the World Title, Kazarian appears positioned as a major player in TNA's plans going forward.
