Jade Cargill’s new makeover was deeply personal and heartbreaking for her.

In a new tweet posted on X, the Storm revealed that her mother passed away from cancer. With Breast Cancer Awareness Month underway, Jade Cargill dyed her blond wig pink in honor of her mother and other survivors. She made the change despite being initially nervous and encouraged others to do the same to support the cause.

Pink for a purpose. ???My mother lost her battle with cancer, so this month is especially personal to me. I’m going pink in her honor. I was NERVOUS doing this. I’m not big on change, but here we are. This month, I want to encourage everyone to join me. Dye your hair pink, wear pink, share your story, support the women in your life, and keep the conversation going.Honoring the fighters. Celebrating the survivors. Remembering the ones we’ve lost. Happy Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Let’s turn the world pink.

Jade Cargill has become one of the top fixtures in the women’s division on SmackDown recently. She is leading her own faction with her allies, Michin and B-Fab. At the same time, she is also a former WWE Women’s Champion and was featured heavily in the title picture this year.

Despite being an on-screen heel, Cargill has often shared such heartwarming messages on her social media. At the same time, the Storm is also known for standing up for herself and firing back at detractors on occasion.
