ByBishal RoyProfessional Wrestling Journalist

The 17-time World Champion John Cena recently revealed he gave comedian Eric Andre a concussion during a 2020 appearance on The Eric Andre Show.

‘The G.O.A.T’ has made the admission in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly.

Cena Confirms Concussion Incident

Cena appeared on the show in late 2020 alongside A$AP Ferg and Grimes. The episode featured a stunt where Cena threw Andre through a bookcase.

I’m pretty sure I gave him a concussion. We’ve been in contact for a while,” Cena told Entertainment Weekly.

Despite the injury, the two have maintained a relationship. They will reunite on screen for Netflix’s Little Brother film, set to release on June 26.

What’s Next for Cena

Cena is scheduled to make “history making news” at WWE Backlash. The announcement comes as the 17-time world champion continues balancing his wrestling career with Hollywood projects.
