Lei Ying Lee Vows Reclaim TNA Knockouts Championship

Lei Ying Lee lost the TNA Knockouts Championship to Arianna Grace at TNA No Surrender this past weekend. Grace won the title using her father's Cobra finishing move, which she had cleverly stolen from Santino Marella during Thursday's edition of TNA iMPACT while celebrating their hug.

Lee, formerly known as Xia Li in WWE NXT, made history as the first Chinese woman to win the Knockouts title. After holding the championship for 88 days, she now finds herself without her prized possession. Lee captured the title at NXT Gold Rush in November 2025, defeating fellow NXT star Kelani Jordan, and successfully defended it twice during her reign.

After taking the weekend to process the loss, Lee returned to social media Sunday evening with a defiant message. "Not the end. Not even close. I'm coming back for my title," Lee declared on Twitter/X. She followed up the initial statement with another emphatic post: "I meant what I said".

The 13-minute match at No Surrender saw Lee dominate early with powerful strikes and maneuvers, including a massive avalanche suplex that nearly secured her victory. However, a timely distraction from Grace's fiancé Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo shifted momentum, allowing Grace to hit the throat strike with The Cobra before executing her facebuster finisher for the three-count.

This marked Grace's first championship victory across any promotion.
