Leon Slater’s Five-Year-Old Prediction Comes True With Title Win At TNA Bound For Glory

Leon Slater has posted a five-year-old message following his TNA World Championship win at Bound For Glory.

Slater defeated Nic Nemeth in the main event at the Yuengling Center to become the youngest TNA World Champion ever at age 22. He cashed in Option C after winning the X-Division Championship.

Taking to his X account, he shared an old post and wrote that he was right about becoming the youngest world champion in pro wrestling history. Slater added that he was two years from being signed to a major company when he wrote it. He then stated that if you can see it and speak it, with hard work it will come, and thanked everyone.

This marks Slater’s first World Championship. Nemeth’s second reign has now come to an end, and he had previously regained the title from Mike Santana at Slammiversary.
