Moose went big with his entrance at TNA Lockdown, and the former TNA World Champion has now revealed the WWE legend who inspired the presentation.
Moose competed against Frankie Kazarian in an Escape The Cage match at TNA Lockdown 2026 on August 23. While the match itself ended in unusual fashion, Moose’s elaborate entrance also caught the attention of fans watching the pay-per-view.
Following the show, Moose explained that the entrance was his way of paying tribute to WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H, someone he grew up watching and considered one of his favorite wrestlers.
Moose Pays Tribute To Triple H
Taking to X after TNA Lockdown, Moose explained that Triple H’s ability to make major matches feel larger than life had always stood out to him.
Triple H became known for dramatically changing his presentation for WWE’s biggest events, particularly WrestleMania. Over the years, his entrances featured everything from elaborate throne setups and armies of masked figures to themes inspired by Mad Max and other cinematic spectacles.
Those presentations clearly left an impression on Moose. He said Triple H was one of his favorites growing up largely because of the scale he brought to entrances on major shows.

Moose’s comments confirm that the similarities weren’t coincidental. His TNA Lockdown presentation was deliberately designed as a nod to Triple H and the spectacle he regularly brought to WWE’s biggest stages.
