Joe Hendry captured the vacant NXT Title on February 3 by winning a seven-man Ladder Match — a match that also featured Saints. The moment Hendry's music hit with the gold, Saints made his displeasure violently clear, attacking Hendry post-match and issuing a direct challenge for Vengeance Day. Hendry accepted.
Hendry has been one of NXT's most organically over talents, having crossed over from TNA to become a genuine fan favorite on the WWE brand. NXT Women's North American Championship: Izzi Dame (c) vs. Tatum Paxley
This is a feud built on betrayal. Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley were once teammates in The Culling, making their current rivalry all the more bitter. Dame has been on a dominant roll — costing Paxley the NXT Women's Title before defeating Thea Hail to capture the North American Championship. Paxley issued the challenge for the title match, and Dame accepted.
The personal history between these two gives this match a different kind of heat than most title bouts. Paxley's obsessive intensity makes her a dangerous challenger, and Dame has shown she can back up her attitude with results in the ring.
NXT Underground Match: Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan
The bad blood between Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan traces back to October 2025, when Jordan represented TNA at the NXT vs. TNA Showdown. That drew the wrath of NXT loyalists like Vice, who branded Jordan a traitor to the brand. Things escalated when Jordan broke Vice's hand during their ongoing battles, leading Vice to demand an NXT Underground Match — no disqualifications, anything goes.
The Underground stipulation plays into Vice's striking background, but Jordan has shown she can match the intensity. This one promises to get physical in a hurry.
