The first teaser of the Street Fighter movie has been released.
The upcoming live-action movie based on the classic fighting game features WWE stars Roman Reigns in the role of Akuma and Cody Rhodes in the role of Guile. Japanese wrestling veteran Hirooki Goto also has a role in the film, and he plays the part of E. Honda.
The first teaser trailer of the film was released at the 2025 Game Awards on Thursday night. The official X account of the movie then also released individual posters for each of the characters, giving us a better look at their part in the upcoming project:

The Street Fighter movie, directed by Kitao Sakurai, is set to be released on October 16, 2026. It will serve as a reboot of the franchise.
Apart from the wrestling names, the movie features a number of other celebrities in various roles, including rapper 50 Cent and comedian Andrew Schulz.
