Roman Reigns Picks Triple H For Street Fighter-Style Bout

Roman Reigns says Triple H is best equipped to handle a Street Fighter-style bout.

At the Street Fighter premiere in Los Angeles, ExtraTV asked Reigns which boss character he would pick for a Street Fighter-style bout. The OTC said that his WWE boss, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, was most physically equipped to handle such a fight.

Oh man oh shoot, I don’t even know. That’s a tough one there yeah yeah, that’s a tough one there. Well, I’ll go with Triple H right now, there is a bunch of good bosses I have had over the years, but he is possibly most equipped physically to handle a Street Fighter type of fight.

Roman Reigns will play the role of Akuma, while his fellow WWE star Cody Rhodes will play Guile. The movie features an ensemble cast including Jason Momoa, Vidyut Jammwal, Callina Liang, and others. Moreover, the movie premiere was attended by WWE stars like Seth Rollins, Charlotte Flair, and former star Xelina. It is set for worldwide release on October 16.

Elsewhere, Roman Reigns successfully retained his World Heavyweight Championship against LA Knight at Money in the Bank 2026. He now heads to WWE Crown Jewel 2026, taking place on November 7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a huge Champion vs. Champion match. The OTC will battle Undisputed WWE Champion Sami Zayn for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship.

With Reigns coming off a huge win at the heels of his Street Fighter movie release, it will be interesting to see if he can add another prestigious accolade to his WWE resume.
