Roxanne Perez has a huge title opportunity coming up, and she had something to say about it.
Nick Aldis announced that The Prodigy will challenge reigning WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green for the title on the upcoming episode of SmackDown. After that, Perez took to X to say this would be her first singles title shot on the main roster, and one night could change everything in the WWE landscape.
My first shot at singles gold. and one night is all it takes to change everything. The spotlight was always going to find The Prodigy. #FridayNightRox.
Roxanne Perez has been garnering huge momentum in recent weeks, especially with her in-ring performances in AAA. This even made her a heavy favorite to win the Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match this year. However, she didn’t win, which sparked outrage among fans on social media.
Despite that, Perez was back in the top conversation on RAW after Money in the Bank PLE. She squared off against Chelsea Green in a non-title match. With help from her Judgment Day allies, Perez defeated The Hot Mess, potentially setting the tone for her upcoming title match that could even upend the WWE Crown Jewel 2026 match card.
With Roxanne Perez seemingly fired up for her first major title opportunity, it will be interesting to see if she can beat Chelsea Green.
