Next week, WWE NXT will air from the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, better known to wrestling fans as the ECW Arena. A huge 10-person tag team match has been announced for the show, and fans can expect to see Rob Van Dam return to the arena he made his home for years.
In the main event of this week\’s show, Je\’Von Evans and Cedric Alexander challenged NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom. During the match, Wes Lee tried to get involved with a steel chair but Evans chased him off. This left Alexander all to himself and it wasn\’t long after that \’Fraxiom\’ retained the gold.
Backstage, Evans and Lee continued their brawl as security and NXT General Manager Ava tried to stop the fight. Then, WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam walked up and said “I know what I wanna do next week, you just gave me an idea\”, ending the show on a cliffhanger. Earlier in the night, RVD had said he wanted to earn a spot on the November 6, WWE NXT from the ECW Arena.
