Tiffany Stratton had a nasty spill during a training session, and she has now provided an update on her condition.
In her recent stream on Twitch, The Center of the Universe nearly injured herself while attempting a flip dive using the ropes during training at the WWE Performance Center. She tripped on the ropes and failed to complete the rotation, falling to the ground in what looked like a major injury scare.
This raised major concerns among fans about Tiffany Stratton. However, the former WWE Women’s Champion took to her Instagram stories to assure fans she was fine and would see them at her next Twitch stream. You can check out the photo from her stories below:
For the love of the game, I’m okay yall. See you next stream.

This was the second time Stratton was involved in an injury incident during training. The last time it happened, Stratton nearly broke her neck one night before NXT Stand and Deliver 2023 when a spot went wrong. Despite that, she still competed at the event.
Moreover, Stratton’s update relieved her fans, who had expressed concerns on social media about her health. So, the former NXT Women’s Champion will be extra careful when attempting such moves in the future.
