Triple H Sends Message To Brock Lesnar After Retirement

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H is adding fuel to the retirement talk surrounding Brock Lesnar, and the timing has fans reading into it as more than just a casual social media post.

Hunter took to X on August 8 with a simple, two-word message: “Thank you, Brock.”

He paired it with a four-photo collage spanning different eras of Lesnar’s WWE career, including moments alongside Paul Heyman, championship victories, and face-to-face confrontations with Triple H himself.

The post comes just days after Lesnar announced his retirement from professional wrestling following his Hell in a Cell loss to Oba Femi at SummerSlam. Appearing via FaceTime on The Pat McAfee Show, Lesnar made the announcement sound final, saying he was letting the world know he’s retired and that Saturday marked the end of the road for him in the ring and beyond.

WWE itself has continued treating the retirement as legitimate in the days since. The company moved Lesnar back into the alumni section of its website and aired another career retrospective on Raw, both signals that point toward WWE closing this chapter for good.
