- Kelani Jordan defeated Jordynne Grace - Jordan picked up a hard-fought victory over the TNA star after the two competitors brawled throughout the arena. Jordan sent Grace crashing into the barricade before finishing her off with a 450 Splash for the pinfall.
- Shiloh Hill defeated Lexis King - The WWE LFG Season 2 winner made his impressive NXT in-ring debut, dominating King before finishing him with his finisher, Whisper to the Beast.
- Sol Ruca defeated Wren Sinclair (with Kendal Grey) - Ruca hit the Sol Snatcher for the win while being watched by Zaria from the crowd.
- Oba Femi (c) defeated Je’Von Evans to retain the NXT Championship - In a shocking turn of events, former NXT Champion Ricky Saints interfered by pulling the referee out of the ring when Evans appeared to have the match won. Femi capitalized and hit Fall from Grace for the victory.

Opening Segment - NXT Champion Oba Femi opened the show and was confronted by Ricky Saints and Je’Von Evans. Evans challenged Femi for the NXT Championship tonight rather than waiting until New Year’s Evil. Femi accepted and NXT GM Ava made it official.
Tony D’Angelo Returns - The former NXT North American Champion struck again, attacking Ethan Page during his promo segment with a devastating spinebuster. D’Angelo has now taken out both Evans and Page since returning at NXT Deadline.
Blake Monroe’s Open Challenge - The NXT Women’s North American Champion attempted to hold an open challenge but was surrounded by multiple contenders including Thea Hail, Lola Vice, and Karmen Petrovic. Ava later announced that Monroe will defend against Thea Hail next week on NXT.
Fatal Influence Confronts Kendal Grey - NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne confronted Iron Survivor winner Kendal Grey, dismissing her as a “bootleg Kurt Angle with a ponytail.” Fatal Influence attacked Grey and Wren Sinclair to close the segment.
Hank & Tank Return - Former NXT Tag Team Champions Hank Walker and Tank Ledger returned from their excursion to Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan and challenged OTM to a tag team match next week.
Tatum Paxley Vignette - Paxley sent a message to Izzi Dame, warning that they’re now playing “her game.”
