Kelani Jordan’s Raw appearance was not a one-off.
WrestleVotes reports for Fightful Select that putting the NXT Women’s Champion in a Money in the Bank qualifier was meant as her introduction to the mainstream audience. Plans have taken shape for Jordan to move to the main roster once her title run wraps up.
Jordan signed with WWE in 2022 and has been a fixture on NXT television since 2023. She has plenty of supporters in the locker room, and a backstage source says she has improved significantly over that stretch.
The internal read is that the call-up is a matter of when, not if. The end of the year is currently targeted for her permanent placement.
Jordan appeared in a three-way qualifier on Raw against Raquel Rodriguez and Lola Vice, with Vice taking the win.
