Ring of Honor (ROH) was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2011, ROH was acquired by the Sinclair Broadcast Group and established headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. The company launched its own streaming service, Honor Club, in 2018. In March 2022, Tony Khan, co-owner of All Elite Wrestling (AEW), purchased ROH, relocating headquarters to Jacksonville, Florida.
