Personal Experience
I had issues logging onto BR Live on a Smart TV, laptop, and tablet. I was finally able to get it to work on iOS, but it is shaky. Needless to say, my problem was not an isolated incident, because tons of fans are left without a show, even after paying $50.
Midway through the entrances for the scramble match, the screen went to a blank graphic, and only played the audio of the event. This was not a good look for BR Live at all.

They did not address any technical problems during commentary, as the show carries on. Tony Khan can\'t be happy about the fact that so many fans were not able to pay for the event that his company produced tonight.

Tony Khan Responds
Tony Khan addressed the Bleacher Report outage live during the show. He thanked all of the fans who ordered the pay-per-view, and he assured fans that the issue has been fixed on ‘most platforms.’
