AEW recently uploaded a video to X/Twitter showing how excited Toni Storm is for her “first” All Elite Wrestling PPV appearance tonight at Worlds End. Storm is technically not even going to be on the PPV as she is facing Leila Grey on the Zero Hour Pre-Show.
This is of course all part of her ongoing storyline where she either appears to have amnesia or is playing mindgames with Mariah May. Storm has been indicating that she is completely unaware of her previous exploits in AEW, constantly saying that she is a “rookie” in the promotion and has to earn her way up to the upper end of the card (despite her being a big star and former Women’s Champion).

Why is Toni Storm wrestling on the Worlds End Pre-Show?
Toni Storm isn’t wrestling in a high-profile match at Worlds End because she is a “rookie.” At least, that’s what she either believes in storyline or she is playing some mind games with her rival Mariah May, who defeated her back at All In London.
Having Storm now working her way back up the roster whilst seemingly having no idea what is going on has added a fantastic dynamic to the Mariah/Toni feud. There’s no indication as to when this will play off, but it’s going to be fun seeing it play off.
