Becky Lynch Has Perfect Response To Getting Busted Open

4

The ending of last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw was an explosive way to lead us into this Sunday’s Survivor Series event.

With Becky Lynch leading the fray, attacking Ronda Rousey backstage and locking her in her Dis-Arm-Her submission, Lynch would strut out onto Raw to confront the Women’s Raw Survivor Team.

However, she didn’t come alone.

Even with Rousey making her way out to assist the Raw roster, the SmackDown invaders were able to rally, with Lynch attacking an injured Rousey with a steel chair before leaving the ring bloodied, courtesy of a broken nose.

In response to this, The Lass Kicker took to Twitter with an awesome reaction to the blood masking her face:

https://twitter.com/BeckyLynchWWE/status/1062231777253748736

With both women coming off major wins in recent events, they both have a wave of momentum behind them coming into Survivor Series. They also seem to have the fans attention firmly affixed on the outcome of their champion-versus-champion clash.

Becky’s brazen attack and proud display of her “Irish war paint” only add to the feud that has developed between the two women, and further propels Lynch as a top star within the company — one that has been compared numerous times to “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

With this brash attitude, disregard to injury, and anti-hero persona, it’s hard to argue against.

Eric Bischoff Delivers TED Talk About Politics & Wrestling

Former WCW President Eric Bischoff took part in his first-ever TED Talk over the weekend at the TEDxNaperville event outside Chicago, Illinois.

TED is a nonprofit that holds and organizes events that feature lectures from notable thought leaders, and accomplished professionals in a wide variety of industries and walks of life. A statement on TED’s website states that “Our agenda is to make great ideas accessible and spark conversation.”

Bischoff’s spoke about his TED Talk on this week’s episode of his 83 Weeks podcast.

“I had a great TED Talk… It was a really fun experience,” Bischoff said. “I talked about politics and wrestling, and how much politics and current media is becoming more and more like professional wrestling,” Bischoff said.

Bischoff, an ardent political conservative, did not inject his personal views into his talk. “I didn’t take sides. It was a very bipartisan approach to the topic, so no one would be able to tell which side of the equation I fall on,” he said.

“I am going to post this TED Talk up on Patreon at some point,” Bichoff added. The 83 Weeks Patreon page can be found here.

Neville Hits Back At Haters Accusing Him Of Steroid Use

4

Former WWE Superstar Neville who is now known as PAC, recently resurfaced on social media and has been in talks when he showed off his new physique:

After he shared his photo of his new jacked look, many started accusing him (unsurprisingly) of using steroids.

It is needless to say that the baseless accusations didn’t please Pac at all, and he responded back to haters with a clear message:

“I am a STEROID FREE SAVAGE!

Fueled only by HATE AND VENGEANCE.”

Pac recently returned to the ring after a one year absence from professional wrestling. He faced Flamita in an International Special Single’s Match at the Gate of Destiny event for the Dragon Gate promotion.

You can check out the match here on Dragon Gate’s new streaming service, which was first announced by Pac himself as he appeared in the promo for the streaming service.

Pac is also set to make his return to Revolution Pro. On 22 November, Pac will be appearing for Rev Pro at the Portsmouth Guildhall. It is not known who he is going to face yet.

Update On WWE’s Plans For Brock Lesnar & The Universal Championship

3

Brock Lesnar re-gained the Universal Championship at Crown Jewel. He defeated Braun Strowman in a match which was originally to involve Roman Reigns. Lesnar had help from Baron Corbin, however. The Raw authority figure hit Strowman in the back of the head with the title belt before the match. This allowed Lesnar to pick up the win after delivering multiple F-5s to his injured opponent.

According to a recent report from Wrestling Observer Radio, Lesnar vs Strowman III (Brock beat Strowman at No Mercy 2017 as well) will not happen at WrestleMania, however.

“I was told directly that Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman is not going to happen at WrestleMania,” Dave Meltzer said. There are only so many dates Lesnar’s schedule is open for the match to take place, however. If WrestleMania is not the date, it begs the question of when is.

When Will Brock Lesnar vs Braun Strowman II Take Place?

Unless something changes, the match won’t take place at the TLC PPV either.

“Right now Lesnar’s not booked in San Jose (TLC) which is the December PPV,” Meltzer continued.

With WrestleMania and TLC ruled out for Strowman vs Lesnar III, it leads the Royal Rumble as a likely date for the match. Another possibility is WWE would hold off on the match until after WrestleMania but that would likely mean another round of contract negotiations with Lesnar. A still further possibility is Lesnar vs Strowman happens sometime in between the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania.

Last night, Stephanie McMahon told Braun Strowman that if he captains the Raw Survivor Series team to victory he will get another title shot. Lesnar will face AJ Styles on Sunday.

Twitterati Reacts To Becky Lynch-Led SmackDown Invasion of Raw

6

Becky Lynch and the rest of the SmackDown women’s roster invaded Raw last night as Survivor Series is just around the corner.

Becky Lynch first surprise attacked Ronda Rousey backstage with the Disarmher after Alexa Bliss had announced the five members of the Raw Survivor Series team.

Led by Lynch, the entire SmackDown women’s roster attacked the Raw women’s team in the ring. Ronda Rousey attempted to rescue her Raw colleagues but she apparently had too much damage done to her arm by Lynch earlier, and was unable to do much. She was attacked by Lynch again but with a steel chair this time.

During the chaos, Becky had her nose busted open. Her face was pretty much bloodied from the damage.

She proved that she really is The Man and the entire segment was much more impressive because of her. Seeing Becky smiling after destroying the Raw team without even caring about her half-bloody face was surely the moment of the episode for many.

WWE Superstars and Hall of Famers reacted to the invasion segment with much praise for The Irish Lass Kicker.

Dean Ambrose Reveals Why He Turned On The Shield On Raw (Video)

5

The “Lunatic Fringe” has finally revealed what made him turn on his partner Seth Rollins a few weeks ago on Raw.

After defeating Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre in a tag-team championship match on the October 22nd episode of Raw, Ambrose turned on his partner Rollins, which was a big surprise move.

It was the same night when Roman Reigns revealed that he has been fighting from leukemia.

Ambrose again attacked Rollins last week after he lost the tag team titles to The Authors of Pain in a handicap match.

On this week’s episode of Raw, Seth Rollins was looking for answers about the betrayal from his Shield brother, and it was finally revealed in a weird promo.

Ambrose, sitting on a car next to a lit barrel, explained that he attacked Rollins because he believed that Rollins and Reigns made him weak because he had to watch their backs. He used to believe that the Shield vest made him strong, but he doesn’t think so anymore.

Saying that, he poured gasoline over the vest and threw it onto a burning barrel.

You can check out the promo below:

10 Takeaways From WWE RAW (11/12)

4

The November 12, 2018 episode of WWE RAW aired live from the Sprint Center in Kansas City, MO. Here are 10 takeaways from the final episode of RAW before Survivor Series:

Braun Strowman & Stephanie McMahon Made A Deal

Strowman Stephanie RAW 11 12

RAW kicked off with a Battle Royal to determine the captains of RAW’s tag team for Survivor Series.

Braun Strowman’s music hit and he marched towards the ring. Strowman beat the hell out of everyone for a bit before everyone teamed up on him. Strowman battled back and leveled Axel, Gable and The Revival with shoulder tackles outside the ring.

Strowman grabbed a chair and got inside the ring. Slater and Roode rolled out of the ring and retreated up the entrance ramp. Braun demanded a microphone and set up the chair in the middle of the ring.

Braun said that tonight’s episode of RAW was brought to you by the monster among men. Strowman took a seat on the chair and stated that he is done chasing Corbin around. Braun added that he is not leaving this ring until Baron Corbin gets these hands.

RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon came down to the ring. Stephanie stated that Braun has every right to be upset but he cannot hold RAW hostage. Stephanie told Strowman to channel his rage towards Survivor Series. Stephanie claimed Shane McMahon disrespected everyone on RAW’s roster by winning the World Cup.

Strowman shouted that he doesn’t give a damn about Shane McMahon or representing RAW at Survivor Series. Strowman added that he knows when someone is trying to manipulate him and demanded that Corbin come down to the ring.

Stephanie boasted about Team RAW beating Team SmackDown at Survivor Series the past two years. Stephanie stated that Strowman can have whatever he wants if he leads Team RAW to victory.

Strowman said he wanted another Universal Championship match and a fight with Corbin. Stephanie agreed to the terms but added that Strowman cannot lay a hand on Corbin until after Survivor Series.

RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey interrupted and made her way down to the ring. Rousey stated that there is nothing Stephanie can say to motivate her against Becky Lynch. Ronda said that she cannot wait to show “The Man” how it is really done and rip her arm off. Rousey said that maybe she doesn’t have to wait and started walking towards Stephanie.

RAW GM Baron Corbin interrupted and said that everyone needs to calm down. Corbin told everyone to focus their aggression on Team SmackDown and then got into the ring with Strowman as the crowd chanted “get these hands!”.

Corbin claimed that it is a must-win situation and that they cannot get over-confident. Corbin put his hand on Rousey’s shoulder and tried to give her a pep talk. Rousey took him down with an Arm Drag and left the ring.

Strowman got in Corbin’s face but Stephanie quickly broke it up. Braun told Corbin to enjoy his time as Stephanie’s lapdog because, after Survivor Series, he is going to neuter him.

Tamina Defeated Ember Moon

Tamina Nia Ember RAW 11 12

Tamina faced Ember Moon tonight on RAW. On last week’s show, Tamina and Nia Jax teamed up to beat down Moon. Nia Jax accompanied Tamina down to the ring for the match tonight.

Ember immediately was distracted with Nia Jax and Tamina capitalized with a boot to the midsection. Tamina launched Ember into the corner and charged at her. Moon escaped out of the corner and went for a roll-up but Tamina blocked it.

Moon connected with a flurry of kicks and then an Enziguri that knocked Tamina down to one knee. Ember hit a forearm to Tamina’s face and went for the cover but Tamina kicked out at two. Alexa Bliss, Captain of the RAW Women’s Team, was shown backstage watching the match as Moon knocked Tamina out of the ring.

Ember hit a Dropkick off the ring apron that sent Tamina into the barricade. Moon once again became distracted by Nia Jax and Tamina capitalized with a Clothesline as RAW went to a commercial break.

When RAW returned, Tamina had Moon in a Headlock as Alexa Bliss looked on from the back. Moon battled back with a Dropkick and followed it up with an Enziguri.

Tamina connected with a giant punch and Moon bounced off the ropes and hit Nia with a Suicide Dive. Nia Jax didn’t move at all and just stared a Moon as she got back into the ring. Ember hit Tamina with a Crossbody and then climbed up to the top rope to set up for the Eclipse.

Jax hopped up on the ring apron to distract Moon. Tamina hit Ember with a Superkick and followed it up with the Splash off the top rope for the pinfall victory. After the match, Nia attacked Ember Moon and hit her with a Leg Drop.

Dean Ambrose Burned His Shield Vest

Dean Ambrose RAW 11 12

Corey Graves invited Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins down to the ring for an interview. Seth got a great reaction from the crowd as he walked down the entrance.

Seth hyped his match against Shinsuke Nakamura at Survivor Series for a moment. Rollins admitted that he didn’t give a damn about Nakamura right now because tonight was RAW.

Rollins turned his attention for Ambrose and demanded answers. Seth said that Dean is not man enough to come out here and tell him why he did what he did. Dean Ambrose appeared on the jumbotron sitting on a car and next to a barrel of fire.

Ambrose said that he doesn’t need to give a reason. Dean called Rollins selfish and that he used to think that The Shield made him strong. Ambrose claimed that Rollins and Reigns made him weak and that it was a burden to have to watch their back.

Ambrose poured gasoline on his Shield vest and threw it into the fire while mocking Rollins’ burn it down catchphrase. Rollins then threw his microphone and marched up the entrance ramp.

Finn Balor Is On Team RAW At Survivor Series

Finn Balor RAW 11 12

Kurt Angle’s music hit and the crowd erupted. Dolph Ziggler’s theme then took over and Ziggler came down to the entrance ramp with a smile on his face. Drew McIntyre then joined him and they made their way to the ring.

McIntyre said that he told everyone that he was going to take over when he arrived on RAW. Drew boasted about breaking The Shield and then breaking Kurt Angle’s ankle.

Drew called Angle an embarrassment. McIntyre claimed that he saw Angle’s will to win fading when he looked into his eyes. McIntyre poked fun at Angle crying last week and said that he had never been more disgusted in his entire life.

McIntyre added that he has worked for 18 years for this moment now. Drew shouted at everyone to look into his eyes and said: “RAW is my show now and it belongs to him”.

Drew said that he will not allow any more nostalgia acts on this show and was then interrupted by Finn Balor. Finn accused McIntyre of crossing the line last week by humiliating Kurt Angle.

McIntyre said that Finn was just upset that he kicked his head off last week on RAW. Drew stated that Balor is exactly what is wrong with this place and told him to go backstage and cry with his little Balor Club.

Finn told McIntyre to shut up and challenged him to a match. Drew told Finn that he has to defeat Dolph Ziggler and then maybe he will come down to his level and face him. McIntyre then hit Balor with a headbutt as RAW went to a commercial break.

https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062165642671988736

When RAW returned, Ziggler was in control and had Finn in a Headlock. Balor eventually escaped but Dolph hit him with a Dropkick for a near fall. Dolph followed it up with a Splash in the corner. Finn connected with a kick to Ziggler’s face and then climbed up to the top rope. Ziggler shoved him back down to the canvas as RAW went to a break.

Ziggler connected with a Neckbreaker for a two count. Finn battled back with a chop and then a kick to the face. Finn followed it up with a Double Stomp for a two count. Balor hit a Slingblade but Ziggler shrugged it off and hit Finn with a DDT for a near fall.

Dolph followed it up with a Fameasser for another two count. Balor booted McIntyre off the ring apron and sent Ziggler out of the ring. Finn flipped onto them both and rolled Ziggler back into the ring. Balor went for the Coup de Grace but Dolph got out of the way. Balor then rolled Ziggler up for the victory.

After the match, Stephanie McMahon and Baron Corbin approached Balor backstage. Stephanie told Balor that he is on the men’s team on RAW. McIntyre and Ziggler tried to get in Balor’s face but Stephanie shut it down. Stephanie told Drew McIntyre to do what he did to Kurt Angle to the SmackDown men’s team.

Ruby Riott Continued To Disrespect Natalya

Ruby Riott RAW 11 12

The Riott Squad came down to the ring. Ruby Riott rolled footage of her breaking Jim Neidhart’s glasses last week on RAW.

Ruby Riott said that she struck a nerve with Natalya and the entire WWE Universe after breaking the glasses. Riott stated that she understands why she has gotten the backlash.

Riott said that she humiliated Natalya in front of a worldwide and that she enjoyed every second of it. Ruby claimed that she didn’t take it far enough and that The Riott Squad has had to scratch and claw for everything they have got.

Ruby poked fun at Natalya for crying like a baby last week and that it clicked as to why Jim wore those sunglasses. Ruby said that he was ashamed to look at his own daughter.

Natalya’s music hit and Natalya attacked Ruby from behind. Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan helped Ruby out and beat Natalya down. Sarah lifted Natalya up and Ruby leveled her with a Clothesline.

Gable & Roode Are Captains At Survivor Series

Gable Roode RAW 11 12

The Battle Royal that was supposed to happen at the beginning of the show went down at the end of the second hour of this week’s RAW. Heath Slater was the first eliminated.

The Revival was the next team eliminated. Viktor threw Kalisto over the top rope to eliminate Lucha House Party. The B-Team was then eliminated and it was down to Gable & Roode vs. The Ascension.

Gable flipped onto Viktor but Konnor took him down with a shoulder tackle. Gable locked in an Arm Bar over the top rope on Konnor. Bobby Roode then snuck up behind Konnor and eliminated him.

Chad Gable and Bobby Roode are the captains of the RAW Tag Team at Survivor Series.

Brock Lesnar Demolished Jinder Mahal & The Singh Brothers

Lesnar Heyman RAW 11 12

Universal Champion Brock Lesnar came down to the ring with Paul Heyman. Heyman introduced himself as the advocate for the only two time Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar.

Heyman said that nobody deserves a congratulation more than Brock Lesnar. Heyman congratulated Braun Strowman on proving that he is an almost unbeatable monster and noted that Brock Lesnar hit him with 5 F5s at Crown Jewel.

Paul then congratulated the rest of SmackDown’s roster for avoiding the beating that AJ Styles is going to get this Sunday at Survivor Series. The crowd then broke out in an “AJ Styles!” chant.

Heyman claimed that Styles was going to Suplex City at Survivor Series. Heyman said that there is nobody on the planet that Lesnar wants to take to Suplex City more than AJ Styles this Sunday at Survivor Series.

Heyman said that this Sunday at Survivor Series, Brock Lesnar will win with an F5 and called Brock the champion of champions. Former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal interrupted and came down to the entrance ramp.

Mahal told Lesnar and Heyman not to underestimate AJ Styles. Jinder said that he was focused on a dream match against Brock Lesnar last year at Survivor Series and AJ capitalized on it and took the WWE Championship. Mahal offered to share his mantra with Lesnar and Brock told Heyman that he should hear this because he is Jewish.

Jinder got in the ring and repeated “Shanti” several times. Lesnar hit Jinder with a Clothesline and then delivered several ridiculous German Suplexes to the Singh Brothers. Lesnar then hit Mahal with an F5 on the floor outside the ring.

Lashley posed in the ring as Lio Rush said that his body was art. Lashley then bent over and posed for the crowd in ridiculous fashion. Elias interrupted by playing his guitar and then pulled out his cell phone. Elias claimed that he was on the phone with child protective services and that Lashley was in the ring with a child that he kidnapped weeks ago.

Elias added that Lashley was just bent over in front of the child. Lashley called Elias a clown and dared him to come down to the ring and say it to his face. Elias said that Lashley sucks and played a tune on his guitar.

Lashley started off the match with a Headlock. Bobby then threw Elias to the canvas and stomped on his a couple of times. Lashley sent Elias to the corner and charged at him.

Elias got out of the way and then leveled Lashley with a Clothesline. Lashley knocked Lio Rush off the ring apron and then launched Bobby out of the ring. Elias hit a running knee to Lashley’s face off the apron. Elias slammed Lashley into the ring post but Bobby shrugged it off and slammed Elias into the steel steps. Lashley rolled inside the ring as Lio Rush held onto Elias’ leg from under the ring. The referee counted to ten and Elias was counted out.

After the match, Elias slammed Lio Rush into the barricade and brought him into the ring. Elias launched Lio through the ropes and onto Lashley on the outside.

The Bellas Challenge The Kardashians To WWE Match (Video)

15

The Bella Twins just suggested a match that will certainly get a reaction from professional wrestling fans. Nikki and Brie walked the red carpet for the “People’s Choice Awards,” and did an interview with E!’s Giuliana Rancic. The twins were asked about several professional wrestling topics, including working WWE Evolution with Ronda Rousey, their next match, and more.

In regards to their next match, The Bella Twins were asked who they’d like to share the ring with. They offered a very interesting response. Nikki threw out the suggestion of facing mega-celebrity sisters, The Kardashians:

“I honestly think what would be really good is the Kardashians! Sisters versus sisters!” Nikki said.

Brie Bella followed up and agreed with her sister, saying “I think that would be a good match.” The Kardashians have several reality TV shows on E! Network and are arguably the most famous celebrities on the planet. The Bella Twins are featured on a few of E!’s reality shows as well. Those being “Total Divas” and “Total Bellas.”

There’s definitely a bit of a working relationship between the two sides should they want to open up discussions for something like a WWE match. It remains to be seen if anything becomes of The Bellas comments. Check out The Bellas’ interview with E!, in which they challenge The Kardashians to a match, below:

Do you think this is something WWE would actually pursue?

Cody Provides Injury Update

1

Over the past weekend, IWGP United States Champion Cody announced that he suffered a knee injury during Ring Of Honor’s (ROH) show in Buffalo. Cody said he heard a pop in his knee while traveling through the crowd, teasing a t-shirt toss. He hoped he would still be able to compete at yesterday’s ROH “Global Wars: Toronto” card.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Cody announced he was forced to withdraw from his scheduled IWGP United States Title defense against Beretta due to his knee injury. He then sought medical attention to his knee to determine the severity of the injury. Cody has now provided fans with an update.

Giving the good news first, Cody noted his MCL, PCL, and ACL are all structurally sound. The bad news, however, was that doctors determined his meniscus is “fairly damaged” and will require a scope. Cody also said that no dates have been adjusted quite yet, but acknowledged he would be able to compete at Wrestle Kingdom 13 and “ROH: Final Battle.”

Check out Cody’s full statement, along with some photos of his knee getting worked on, below:

“GOOD news is my doctor is fairly confident that my mcl/pcl/acl are structurally sound.

“BAD news is the meniscus is fairly damaged, gonna’ require a scope. No dates will be adjusted at the moment, and I’ll definitely still compete in the final battle main event & at WK.”

Strowman lays out the Lucha House Party and Bobby Roode. Braun fights his way in the ring and starts going at it with The B Team, Rhyno and Slater, and The Revival. Braun starts laying everyone out and hitting running splashes in the corner. Braun clears the ring, then he runs around the ring and starts tackling everyone in his path. Braun grabs a steel chair and everyone else runs off.

Winner: No contest

– Everyone heads to the back except Strowman. Strowman stands in the middle of the ring and gets on the mic, and he says that tonight’s episode is brought to you by the Monster Among Men. Braun unfolds his chair and takes a seat. He says he’s done chasing Corbin, so he’s not going to leave the ring until Corbin comes down and gets these hands. Stephanie McMahon comes out to interrupt. Stephanie steps in the ring and says Braun needs to focus his anger towards Survivor Series, because Shane McMahon stole the World Cup. Braun says he doesn’t care about Shane or representing Stephanie. Stephanie says she’s the boss so everyone on RAW better care. Braun says he doesn’t like corporate types trying to manipulate him, and she needs to send out her lap dog Corbin to get these hands. Stephanie says if Braun wins the Survivor Series match for her, Braun can have everything he wants, from money to planes, trains, and automobiles. Braun says he doesn’t care about that, he wants another Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar. Stephanie says to consider it done. Braun says before that, he wants Baron Corbin. Stephanie says to consider that done as well. Braun also wants to pick the stipulations for each match, and Stephanie agrees. Stephanie says there’s one condition – Braun can’t lay a hand on Corbin until after Survivor Series to prove that he’s a team player. Braun says if Stephanie doesn’t deliver, he’ll go to WWE headquarters and destroy the whole place. Stephanie says she wants everyone on RAW to be a team player for Survivor Series, and then Ronda Rousey comes out to interrupt. Ronda Rousey steps in the ring and snatches the mic from Stephanie. Ronda says she’s been waiting for a challenge like Becky Lynch since she got here, and she wan’t wait to show Becky how it’s really done. Ronda then starts walking towards Stephanie, but Baron Corbin comes out to interrupt. Corbin has a mic, and says he agrees with Stephanie that they all need to focus their energy on Survivor Series and Shane McMahon. Corbin hesitantly steps in the ring, and says he’s here to help motivate talent with Stephanie. Corbin says after Shane embarrassed them at the World Cup and they can’t let that happen. Corbin tells Ronda not to get overconfident, so Ronda judo throws Corbin down to the mat. Braun then gets in Corbin’s face and Corbin backs down and heads to the back.

– Nia Jax and Tamina are backstage heading to the Gorilla position, and they yell at some production assistants on the way.

Ember Moon vs. Tamina: Nia is at ringside for this one. Ember takes control of this one early on with strikes. Ember hits a facebuster and Tamina rolls outside for a breather. Ember kicks Tamina from the apron, but then Nia comes over and distracts her. The distraction leads to Tamina hitting a clothesline from behind on Ember on the floor. Tamina takes Ember back in the ring and beats her down. A distraction from Nia leads to Tamina dropping Ember and hitting a big splash.

Winner: Tamina

– After the match, Nia and Tamina beat down Ember.

– Coming up: Corey Graves sits down with Seth Rollins for an exclusive interview.

– We go to a video package looking at the history between Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose.

– Corey Graves is in the ring, and he introduces Seth Rollins for an in-ring interview. They talk about Ambrose turning on Rollins, and Rollins says that Ambrose knows why he did what he did, he’s just not man enough to come out and say it to his face. Ambrose then appears on the big screen. Ambrose is sitting on the roof of a car next to a barrel with fire in it. Ambrose says he’s man enough to go in that arena right now, but they don’t deserve that and he doesn’t owe anyone anything. Dean says maybe Rollins shouldn’t have talked down to him so much. Ambrose says he used to think the Shield was stronger together, but the truth is The Shield made him weak. Rollins then covers his old Shield vest in gas and throws it in the fire. Ambros walks away and we cut back to Rollins in the ring. Rollins drops his mic and heads to the back.

– We go to a video package looking at Kurt Angle and Drew McIntyre’s match last week.

– Kurt Angle’s music starts playing, but then it stops and Dolph Ziggler comes out with Drew McIntyre. They step in the ring and gets on the mic. Drew says he came here to take over RAW, and so far he has broken The Shield and broken Kurt Angle. Drew keeps trashing Kurt, and then Finn Balor comes out to interrupt. Balor steps in the ring and says Drew crossed the line with Kurt. Drew says he could have done worse to Kurt but he chose not to, and Finn is upset that Drew kicked his head off too. Drew says Finn is too concerned with his feelings and emotions, and Balor tells him to shut up. Balor says he’s been dealing with bullies like Drew his whole life, and he wants a match with Drew right here and now. Drew says if Finn wants a match he’s got it, but not with him. Drew says Finn is going to face the true best in the world, no matter what Shane McMahon thinks, Dolph Ziggler. Drew says if Finn can beat Dolph, he’ll consider lowering himself to his level. They cheap-shot Balor and Balor goes down.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Finn Balor: Balor gets to his feet and tells the ref he’s good to go. The opening bell sounds and Ziggler immediately takes the fight to Balor in the corner. Balor finally fights back with a dropkick. Ziggler comes back with a roll-up attempt and a splash in the corner. Ziggler misses a shot and Balor kicks him in the face. Balor goes up top, but Ziggler knocks him back down to the mat. Ziggler and Balor trade shots and both men are down. Balor connects with some chops and a kick for a two count. Ziggler comes back with a knee to the face and a DDT for a two count of his own. Balor connects with a shot in the corner and then he starts climbing to the top rope. Ziggler rolls away, so Balor hops down and throws Ziggler outside. Balor hits a suicide dive on both Ziggler and Drew at ringside, then he brings Dolph back in the ring. Ziggler and Balor trade roll-up attempts, and Balor scores the 3 count.

Winner: Finn Balor

– Drew hits the ring after the match and Balor retreats up the ramp.

– Stephanie and Corbin approach Finn Balor in the back, and Stephanie wants Balor on the men’s team at Survivor Series. Drew and Dolph barge in and confront Balor. Stephanie tells them to back off, and she informs them that Drew, Dolph and Finn will all be teammates on Team RAW at Survivor Series on Sunday. Stephanie tells Drew and Dolph to put a hurting on her brother Shane. She says the Drew, Dolph and Finn don’t have to get along, but they have to work together on Sunday, and then after the match they can tear each other apart.

– Ronda Rousey does an interview in the back about Becky Lynch at their match at Survivor Series. Ronda says Becky’s threats are ridiculous, because she was learning technique while Becky was still growing up. She calls Becky hyper-sensitive. She says Becky may be “the man,” but she’s a millennial man wearing skinny jeans. She trashes Becky until Nia Jax and Tamina interrupt. They wish Ronda luck at Survivor Series, as Nia is apparently next in line for a Women’s Title shot.

– The Riott Squad comes out to the ring and they have a mic. Ruby shows us footage from last week of Ruby destroying the late Jim Neidhart’s old glasses in front of Natalya. Ruby starts to apologize for breaking the glasses and talks about the backlash she got, but then says she enjoyed every single minute of it. Natalya’s music hits, but she hits the ring from behind and drops Ruby. Natalya pummels on Ruby until the rest of the Riott Squad haul her off and they gang up on Natalya. The Riott Squad hits a version of the Hart Attack on Natalya before leaving.

– The go to the broadcast table, where Cole promotes Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Tag Team Battle Royal: The one re-starts because it was ruined by Braun Strowman in the opening segment of the show. It comes down to two teams – The Revival, and Roode and Gable. Connor grabs Gable by the throat and tries to eliminate him, but Gable latches on to Connor and applies an armbar over the ropes. Roode gets up and rushes over, and knocks Connor over the top rope. Roode and Gable win, and they will be the captains for the Tag Team Match at Survivor Series.

Winners: Bobby Roode & Chad Gable

– We see Paul Heyman backstage knocking on Brock Lesnar’s locker room door.

– WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar comes out to the ring with his advocate Paul Heyman. They hop in the ring, and Heyman gets on the mic. Heyman congratulates Strowman for worming his way back into the Universal Title picture with his hardball negotiations with Stephanie earlier tonight. Heyman starts talking about AJ, and the crowd chants for AJ Styles. Heyman says after their encounter at last year’s Survivor Series, there is no one that Lesnar wants to beat more than AJ Styles this Sunday. Jinder Mahal then comes out to the stage to interrupt, and he’s got the Singh Brothers by his side. Jinder gets on the mic and tells Heyman not to underestimate AJ Styles. Jinder says last year he wanted the dream match – Lesnar vs. Mahal, but AJ stole his Championship and stole his match. Jinder says he’s here tonight as Heyman’s friend, to offer his services to help him focus on AJ Styles. Jinder says he wants to reach Lesnar his mantra. Heyman mocks him, but Lesnar tells Jinder to come on in. Jinder steps in the ring with the Singh Brothers, and he tells Brock to center his energy and breath in deep. Lesnar has had enough and he clotheslines Jinder down. Brock hits a German suplex on one Singh Brother, then he throws Jinder outside, and hits a German suplex on the other Singh brother. Brock hits a couple more German suplexes on the Singh Brothers. Lesnar gorilla press slams one Singh Brother down on to Jinder at ringside. – Alexa Bliss is backstage talking to Stephanie McMahon about their team for Survivor Series.

– Coming up: Bobby Lashley vs. Elias

– Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush are in the ring and Lio cuts a promo hyping up Lashley. Elias interrupts from the stage, and says he’s calling child protective services because it looks like Lashley kidnapped a child, and he says Lio Rush looks no older than 10. Lashley interrupts and says Elias should walk down to the ring and say it to his face. Elias says Bobby Lashley sucks, and he’s going to shut that toddler’s mouth up too.

Elias vs. Bobby Lashley: The winner of this one gets a spot on Team RAW at Survivor Series. Lashley starts off strong and takes Elias down with a side headlock. The fight spills outside and Lashley whips Elias into the ring post. Lashley gets in the ring first, and Elias is slow to get to his feet. As the referee counts and Elias goes to get back in the ring, Lio Rush grabs Elias’ foot from under the ring. Elias is unable to get in the ring by the ref’s 10 count, and the ref doesn’t see Lio, so he counts out Elias. Lashley will now be on Team RAW at Survivor Series.

Winner: Bobby Lashley

– After the match, Elias throws Lashley into the ring post at ringside and then into the announce table. Elias grabs Lio next and drags him in the ring. Elias throws Lio like dart through the ropes and into Lashley on the floor.

Sasha Banks vs. Bayley: Bayley and Sasha trade take-downs early on until Bayley connects with a sliding clothesline for a two count. Sasha hits a knee to the face of Bayley to knock her off the apron, then Bayley comes back with a knee of her own to Sasha’s face on the floor. Back in the ring, Sasha drops Bayley and hits a flying knee strike for a two count. They fight out to the apron again and Sasha looks for a running knee strike up against the ring post, but Bayley dodges it and Sasha’s knee crashed in to the ring post. Bayley hits a neckbreaker over the middle rope, then takes her back in the ring. Bayley goes for a flying elbow, but Sasha blocks it and applies the Banks Statement. Tamina and Nia run in and start beating down both Bayley and Sasha. Mickie comes in and joins in on the beat down.

Winner: No contest

– Alexa gets on the mic after the match, and says neither Bayley nor Sasha won, she will choose a different fifth woman. Alexa announces Ruby Riott as the fifth woman for Survivor Series.

– The camera cuts to backstage and we hear some commotion. We go into Ronda Rousey’s locker room and see Becky Lynch attacking Ronda. Becky applies the Disarm-her to Ronda until referees chase her off. Becky then comes out on the stage as the RAW women’s team is still in the ring. Becky walks down the ramp and then the SmackDown women’s team for Survivor Series comes in from the crowd and starts attacking the RAW women. The SmackDown women get the upper hand, and then Ronda Rousey’s music hits. Becky Lynch leaves the ring and retreats through the crowd and hits the ring. Ronda starts attacking but she’s still selling the arm. Becky comes back in the ring and hits Ronda from behind with a steel chair. Becky appears to be bleeding from her nose. Becky nails Ronda with the steel chair again, and then the SmackDown women make their exit through the crowd. We see that Alexa Bliss escaped the melee and is standing on the stage. Ronda stares up at Becky in the crowd from the ring as the announcers throw us to replays.

– Stephanie McMahon is backstage watching on a monitor, and she freaks out at Baron Corbin for letting this happen. Corbin says he doesn’t know what happened or where security is. Stephanie says Corbin shouldn’t have let this happen, and she orders him to find a way to fix this and make sure it doesn’t happen on Sunday.

WWE Superstar Makes Surprise Return To ICW

Prior to the event, ICW owner, Mark Dallas, hinted heavily at which superstar could be gracing the venue. He revealed he had asked the WWE for “a BIG favour” in order to find the right opponent for Mikey Whiplash.

Turns out that opponent was none other than Sanity’s own, Killian Dain.

Killian, who alongside his Sanity stablemates, returned to SmackDown LIVE last Thursday, has previously wrestled all over Europe, including ICW, under his previous moniker, Big Damo.

European Tour

The WWE has been touring across Europe this past weekend. This serendiptious scheduling gave Dain the perfect opportunity to revisit his old stomping grounds.

Dain became the ICW World Champion in 2016 when he defeated Chris Renfrew in Glasgow, Scotland. He is just one of a slew of WWE talent that have made recent appearances for the company. Others include 205 Live/NXT UK Star, Noam Dar, and RAW Superstar, Finn Balor.

Noam Dar is scheduled to compete at ICW’s upcoming December 2nd event. He will team up with Wolfgang and BT Gunn to face off against British Strong Style.

Brock Lesnar vs. AJ Styles Stat

An interesting stat regarding the upcoming champion vs. champion match between Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Champion AJ Styles at the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view event takes place on Sunday, November 18, 2018 in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center has surfaced. WWE posted it in order to hype the match on Instagram. The stat was that both stars have been pinned only once since WrestleMania 34 back in April.

If you recall, Roman Reigns beat Lesnar at the SummerSlam pay-per-view event back in August while Styles lost to The Usos in a tag team match last month on an episode of SmackDown Live while teaming with Daniel Bryan. This isn’t the first time that Styles and Lesnar have wrestled each other at Survivor Series as they did last year with Lesnar winning with an F-5.

Ronda Rousey Discusses Her “Privileged” WWE Schedule

1

WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey was recently a guest on the PWI Podcast to talk about multiple topics. For those who may have missed it, Rousey has been named number one in Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s “Women’s 100.”

She made her pro wrestling in-ring debut back in April at WrestleMania 34 that saw her and Kurt Angle beat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team match.

When asked about realizing the opportunity she has with WWE, she stated, “I’m very aware of how privileged I’ve been from a lot of people who worked their entire lives just to get somebody to take one look at them.” Rousey continued by stating that from day one, she didn’t know anything but listened to Triple H as he taught her many things. She thinks that it would be spitting in the face of every woman that would want this opportunity to not take full advantage of it.

When it comes to her schedule, she brought up how working it has given her a lot more respect towards what the wrestlers do as when she first signed with WWE, she thought they worked once a week for TV events. She praised them for going non-stop.

“Like, I have nowhere near the schedule that everybody else has. Like, if I’m on a week of live shows, it takes me a week to recover from it. If anything, I have the super easy tourist version.” She added that she has nothing to complain about regarding her schedule as she has an easier one than everybody else.

Nikki Bella Opens Up About Break-Up With John Cena

1

Former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella was recently a guest on the “In This Corner” podcast to talk about various topics. During the appearance, Bella talked about her break-up with John Cena earlier this year. “It’s extremely difficult,” Bella said when asked about her relationship being in the public eye.

Bella continued by stating that she has people always contacting her to see if she’s okay and what the status of their relationship. She stated that is why she’s so open on Total Bellas whether you like it not.

“I even showcased a lot what I went through on the previous season of Total Bellas I didn’t tell the cameras to stop rolling even though I wanted them to,” Bella said. She continued by stating that she knew that a lot of women were going through that where they thanked her for making them feel like they weren’t going through it alone.

She pointed out that she takes her storylines personal because she’s reality star now and feels like a target when she gets into the ring. The reason for that is due to her thinking she should showcase that when wrestling “because they are going to bring it up anyway so mine as well bring it to the storylines.”

Sheamus Talks Wanting To Make OTT Appearance, Praises Irish Independent Wrestling

0

Former WWE World and Tag Team Champion Sheamus recently spoke with Donagh Corby of Irish Mirror where he talked about various topics including a potential return to his Irish independent wrestling roots.

This is where he gave some high praise for the current state of Irish independent wrestling by stating that it’s amazing right now as Joe Cabray is doing a phenomenal job because he’s an entrepreneur and he had a bigger vision.

Sheamus continued by stating that Cabray wasn’t comfortable in America and he just loves wrestling and knew what it could be capable of in Ireland.

“I think all of that is very good for young wrestlers back home. Even if you look at WWE we have five Irish people involved if you count Jordan Devlin on NXT UK and Fit Finlay producing as well as myself, Becky Lynch and Finn Balor.”

Sheamus hopes to follow in the footsteps of Balor, who made a surprise appearance at an OTT show in 2016 but knows it’s just a matter of actually getting home as he doesn’t get the chance to be home much. “When I was back last time I missed a show because I had just got back.”
