WWE Main Event:
* Tyson Kidd vs. Santino Marella was ruled a no contest after Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, and Roman Reigns hit the ring and attacked both men. They exited through the crowd.
* The Miz came out and cut a babyface promo in the ring but was interrupted by Dolph Ziggler.
* Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz with the Zig-Zag. Our live correspondent said this was an excellent match that went almost 20 minutes. Ziggler cut a promo on Cena after the match.
* Wade Barrett defeated Justin Gabriel with the Bull Hammer.
WWE Saturday Morning Slam:
The commentators for the show were Josh Matthews and Booker T.
* John Cena defeated Heath Slater after hitting him with the Attitude Adjustment. Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal interfered during the match but were ejected from ringside by the referee.
* Sheamus defeated Titus O’Neil with the Brogue Kick. Darren Young joined Booker T and Josh Matthews on commentary during the match.
Monday’s post-Survivor Series edition of WWE RAW drew a 2.72 cable rating (down 5% from the previous week) and averaged 3.84 million viewers (down 8.5%). Here are the hourly numbers:
Hour 1: 3,873,000
Hour 2: 3,923,000
Hour 3: 3,710,000
This marks 14 straight weeks that WWE has lost viewership in the final hour of RAW. Overall, not a good sign of fan interest coming out of Survivor Series.
RAW was #2 on cable for the night, behind the NFL Monday Night Football game on ESPN. The game was a blowout, but drew 12.4 million viewers (down from 12.8 million last week).

– Monday’s WWE RAW had a Trendrr.tv social media score was 219,758, down 13% from last week. Raw ranked #2 on cable TV for the night after ESPN’s Monday Night Football broadcast.

I embrace their aggression and physicality directed at Ryback who took a helluva beating. Watch again in slo-mo if you think I’m embellishing. The three men comprised of @TheDeanAmbrose @RomanReigns and @WWWERollins did not become cannon fodder for the leviathan Ryback plus they kept a discernable level of mystique as their motives weren’t revealed nor did we hear them speak as of yet. Paul Heyman Referencing Bruno Sammartino On RAW: “Heyman mentioning Bruno Sammartino was cool. Any discussion about the WWE Title can’t realistically take place without mentioning Bruno. I’d love to see Bruno inducted in the WWE HOF in 2013 in his house, Madison Square Garden, along with Bob Backlund, Mick Foley, among others that are very deserving. ”
Changes Taking Place In WWE: “It feels like positive changes are in play in WWE in what feels to be a definite, transitional period. There’s nothing wrong with being in a transitional period by the way. Lots of talent who have been groomed for main event opportunities are now being placed in the ‘on deck circle’ or so it seems. Their own, personal desire to take the next step isn’t all about WWE but, more often than not, the people that these individuals see in the mirror. By refusing to accept mediocrity and pushing, pulling, scratching and clawing through the clutter one increases their odds of making it. Granted the odds of becoming a bona fide main event performer in WWE are long to begin with but diligence and working through adversity (I know of what I speak on this one) greatly increases one’s chances for success. I’d almost compare today’s WWE to a major college athletic team or a pro franchise who is rebuilding around young, talented athletes, plus a few incumbents, who need to continue to push themselves in all phases of their game and not settle. Athletes who reside in their insulated ‘nests’ IE their comfort zones are problems that must be either solved or eliminated.”
“This transition is a long term fix but if the course is steered week in and week out the results will be the development of several talents who can add ‘new’ to broadcast and live event presentations.”
WWE Champion CM Punk went on a Twitter rant on Tuesday afternoon, calling out the company for not promoting his upcoming appearances as the Grand Marshall of Chicago’s Thanksgiving Day parade on Thursday or on AMC’s “Talking Dead” show this Sunday night. Punk wrote:

Former WWE superstar Chris Jericho is returning to the SyFy channel, but not for WWE. Entertainment Weekly announced on Tuesday that Jericho will be hosting the Robot Combat League, which premieres February 26, 2013.
SyFy president Mark Stern told EW, “It has always been our desire — and it’s really come around perennially — to update and do Battle Bots for the new century. Can we do Real Steel? Are we at a place where you can do real bipedal robots? Every time we tried to to do it [the project] was stymied by the technology.”
The league will have 12 teams, each consisting of a fighter (the “robo-jockey”) and a robotics engineer (the “robo-tech”). The fighters and techs are from all different backgrounds, including an Olympic athlete, a National Guard helicopter pilot, a race car drive and Amanda Lucas, MMA fighter daughter of of George Lucas (“Star Wars”).
Fights consist of three rounds, with the winning team advancing to the next round. The winning team gets $100,000.
Chris Jericho will set up each fight and provide play-by-play commentary.

WWE’s new Attitude Era DVD & Blu-Ray set was released today and can be purchased from Amazon.com for under $20.
Scott Keith of RSPWFAQ.net got an advance copy of the DVD and provided the following details:
– The main documentary feature runs for about an hour
– Among the personalities interviewed for the documentary were Vince Russo, JBL, Mick Foley, and Mark Henry.
– The vingtage WWF scratch logo is not blurred out anywhere and the letters “WWF” are not muted when spoken by wrestlers or announcers.
– Most of the original Attitude Era theme songs are in tact, with only the Undertaker’s Limp Bizkit theme and Mike Tyson’s entrance music dubbed over.
– As for censorship, the DVD contains blood, adult language and middle fingers gallore. The only ‘bleeps’ are for the vulgar language that was censored from the original TV broadcasts.

– The debut of Roman Reigns at Survivor Series has drawn comparisons to that of another Samoan wrestler who made a surprise debut at a WWE pay-per-view event: Manu. The two grapplers are close cousins, with Reigns being the son of WWE Hall of Famer Sika and Manu being the son of Afa—Sika and Afa were enshrined together in 2007. Manu, who continues to compete on the independent circuit as Afa Jr., weighed in on Reigns’ WWE debut via Twitter Monday, writing, “My Partner in crime growing up. Colt Cabana was hospitalized in California over the weekend due to a bad infection in his finger. The former “Scotty Goldman” underwent surgery on Saturday and he has documented the ordeal via social media.
In typical Colt fashion, he’s got a good sense of humor about the whole situation. He posted a pretty funny series of tweets – including a freakin’ disgusting picture of what the finger looks like.

He’s expected to be released from the hospital shortly, but will remain in California to see a specialist. It is unknown when he will return to the ring.
Meanwhile, his web series, Creative Has Nothing For You, will be on hiatus while he recovers.
John Cena was injured on Monday’s RAW, appearing to injure his ankle while exiting the ring and chasing Dolph Ziggler to the back. Cena could be seen favoring his right leg and limping as he attempted to leave the ringside area.
WWE acknowledged that Cena was injured on RAW, with trainers wrapping up his knee and Cena saying that he might have a torn meniscus.
He tweeted on Monday night:
I am headed to grand rapids right now for early morn MRI on left knee. @WWE no matter what the result, I will be in the ring tomorrow!

* Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal (with Drew McIntyre) defeated Santino Marella and Zack Ryder via pinfall after Slater hit Santino with his Smash Hit finisher.
