A current WWE star has given his statement on the tragic death of AEW star PAC.

He is none other than Drew McIntyre. The Scottish Warrior posted a video on his X account to speak about PAC’s passing last Sunday. McIntyre acknowledged that the wrestling fraternity remained positive despite PAC’s passing and remembered him fondly. The former WWE Champion praised his passion for the business and the good person he was.

I’ve tried to write some thoughts and words in 180 characters or less because I want to add to the positivity and the memories of Ben, and that’s what it is, it’s positivity. Even though the situation is just horrible and not fair. Everyone’s just so positive about him, cause there’s not a bad word you can say about him after over two decades in this industry. And after all that time and things not always going your way, you can get pretty jaded, but he never did. He kept his passion and he kept being a good person, and look at the way he’s remembered.

PAC had wrestled against Andrade at AEW’s latest pay-per-view, All Out 2026. A day later, the shocking news of his death emerged. According to reports, PAC was found unresponsive in his car outside a food joint in Illinois. The actual cause of his death is yet to be determined.

AEW presented a special episode of Dynamite tonight, which was a tribute night to PAC. It began with the traditional ten-bell salute, featured multiple stars speaking about PAC and his legacy, and paid tribute to him during their matches.

As the wrestling world continues to mourn this tragic loss, PAC will always be remembered as one of the most talented wrestlers of this generation.
