A couple of AEW stars have reacted to Money In The Bank results.
The latest WWE PPV gave fans a lot to talk about. The two ladder matches especially featured many dangerous spots that drew the attention of the fans. Potentially the most talked-about stunt of the night featured Je’Von Evans in the Men’s Money In The Bank match that main evented the show.
The Young OG returned in an ambulance after having been taken out of the bout earlier by Bron Breakker. He ended up crashing and burning, however, as Breakker took him out of the match for good after dropping him from a massive ladder straight onto the ambulance roof.
Former WWE star Ricochet reacted to this spot on Twitter after the show. The One and Only who has plenty of experience with such high risk spots said that he is a fan of Evans:
Swerve Strickland Acknowledges Oba Femi
Elsewhere in the show, we saw Oba Femi taking on Bronson Reed in a singles match. The bout saw the inevitable interference from The Vision as Maxxine Dupri, Austin Theory and Logan Paul all showed up at ringside to try and help the Aus-Zilla.
Femi refused to stay down even after taking multiple hits from the brass knuckles supplied by Theory; however, and the former NXT Champion finally picked up the victory by defeating Reed with a Fall From Grace.
Former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland reacted to Oba Femi picking up another huge victory. He sent out a simple message in support of The Ruler:
The show also saw Penta picking up the victory in the Men’s Money In The Bank match. You can check out what he said after the bout here.
