Aleister Black Suffers Broken Tailbone in Ambulance Match


Aleister Black suffered a minor broken tailbone during his Ambulance Match against Damian Priest on the first WWE SmackDown of 2026. According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, the injury won't alter Black's planned hiatus.

"I think a lot of times when you alter things slightly about your character... the narrative has to change as to how you speak in regards to the topics that you utilize as your character," he said. Black emphasized keeping Vega's core personality while adapting to their dark alliance dynamic.
