LA Knight’s escalating issues with Roman Reigns and The Bloodline have fans speculating about a possible heel turn and alignment with 946. But according to a new report, that’s not the direction WWE is planning to go.
During a recent Q&A, WrestleVotes addressed the speculation directly, saying the company simply doesn’t want to turn Knight heel at this point.
The reasoning comes down to what’s already working. Knight remains one of the biggest reaction-getters on the roster, and WWE reportedly sees that connection with fans as something worth protecting rather than tinkering with.

WrestleVotes also pointed to a detail that doesn’t always make it to air and Knight has been the wrestler tasked with closing out the last couple of weeks of Raw once the show goes off television, a spot WrestleVotes noted isn’t handed to just anyone.

The report follows recent speculation that WWE had at least discussed the idea of Knight shocking Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship.
Knight’s issues with The Bloodline remain very much alive on screen, on the September 28 episode of Raw, he confronted the faction backstage and made clear he’d be waiting for Reigns the following week.
For now, based on this report, WWE appears content to keep Knight exactly where he is: a top babyface generating some of the loudest reactions on the show, with no heel turn currently in the plans.
