Dominik Mysterio has revealed why he wears a vest.
The WWE star was the most recent guest on the Amigos Toxicos podcast. He touched on topics such as why he doesn’t want Eddie Guerrero memorabilia to hit the market, the mental struggles of his gruelling WWE schedule, playing GTA as a kid, and more.
During the talk, the AAA Mega Champion was asked if he would be open to wrestling shirtless in the future. Dominik Mysterio said that he would be open to the possibility before explaining the reason he likes to wear a vest:
Do you know why I wear the vest and stuff? Cuz like I’m tall, but I’m not as big as the other guys. So, very easy target. So, having a very easy target, I like to be covered up.
My chest piece has like, some of it has like small padding. When I wrestled Gunther one time, he ripped that off. He ripped it off so that way he can hit my bare chest.
