McIntyre has taken credit for CM Punk\'s torn triceps injury which will prevent the ex-AEW star from competing at WrestleMania. McIntyre has even gone as far as to say he\'s \'saved\' WrestleMania by ridding the show of Punk, ensuring that Cody Rhodes would win the Men\'s Royal Rumble and challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40.

On this week\'s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, McIntyre defeated Jey Uso in the show\'s main event. McIntyre would send a message after the match by leveling WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins with a Claymore Kick.
After Raw, McIntyre shared a video as he prepared to leave the area. The Scottish Warrior noticed a gaggle of fans who heavily booed McIntyre. After a CM Punk chant broke out, McIntyre played Punk\'s theme to antagonize the crowd. McIntyre found it hilarious as he embarked on his \"victory lap\" in front of the fans.
