Kevin Nash believes it is time for people to stop fueling speculation surrounding Hulk Hogan’s passing and allow the wrestling legend to rest in peace.

The subject came up during a recent episode of Kliq This, where Nash and co-host Sean Oliver discussed claims that have continued to circulate about the circumstances surrounding Hogan’s passing.

The conversation referenced recent comments from Bubba the Love Sponge, although Oliver stressed that the allegations being discussed had not been substantiated.

Nash appeared frustrated that the subject continues to generate rumors more than a year after Hogan’s death.

Why can’t people just let people f***ing rest in peace?” Nash said. “I mean, isn’t that what everybody says? Rest in peace, man, but good luck getting somebody to follow through with it.

Oliver wondered whether controversial claims about Hogan were being made partly because of the attention they generate. Nash acknowledged that possibility, describing the motivation as potentially “self-serving.”

The continued speculation comes despite authorities completing an extensive investigation into Hogan’s death. The Clearwater Police Department closed its investigation in June 2026 after reviewing medical records, surveillance footage and witness statements.

Police said they found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing and concluded that Hogan’s death was natural. A private autopsy commissioned by his family also found no reasonable evidence of trauma or a toxicological cause contributing to his death.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71.
