MLW Women’s World Championship: Shotzi Blackheart def. Shoko Nakajima (c)
Blackheart entered the match unbeaten in her MLW run, and she cashed that momentum in against a champion who had held the belt for more than a year. The two traded early rollups before Blackheart found openings with a German suplex and a Tiger suplex for near falls.
Nakajima answered with her own dives and a slingshot senton, keeping the bout even down the stretch. Blackheart eventually closed it out to win the title at just under 12 minutes.
Tom Lawlor interviewed the new champion afterward. Blackheart said she had left everything in the ring, and when Lawlor asked what was next, she replied that she was going to go “hunt some monsters.”
Mistico def. Diego Hill
The CMLL star worked a fast-paced lucha exchange with the rising Diego Hill, who is being mentored by Blue Panther. Hill showed off his aerial game, including a dive to the floor, before Mistico put the match away.
Austin Aries came out after the bell to call out Mistico, setting up a possible future singles program.
World Tag Team Championship: The Skyscrapers def. The Good Brothers
Bishop Dyer and Donovan Dijak put their tag titles on the line against Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows in a tables match. The stipulation leaned into the physicality that has defined the rivalry between the two teams.
The Skyscrapers retained in the main event, sending a table through the Good Brothers to keep the gold.

Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux opened the broadcast, thanking fans and welcoming them to what they called a new era for the promotion.

What’s Next
Killer Kross is set to defend against Matt Riddle on next week’s episode of MLW Fusion, with Hammerstone openly scouting the result. The Mistico and Austin Aries exchange points toward a fresh singles feud, while Blackheart’s vow to “hunt some monsters” frames her first title defense.
