Oba Femi made his frustration with Bronson Reed clear on this week’s Raw, especially after the viral unscripted moment where Reed stepped on ‘The Ruler.’
The segment started when Bron Breakker faced Je’Von Evans, a match born out of Breakker antagonizing Evans backstage and getting slapped for it. Evans was quickly ambushed and outnumbered by The Vision, prompting Femi to run in and clear the ring of the entire faction to make the save.
While he dealt with all of The Vision, he directed the sharpest anger specifically at Reed, screaming at him as Reed recovered outside the ring. ‘The Ruler’ challenged him to a one-on-one fight and angrily referenced an earlier moment where Reed had stepped on his face.
Get out of here. You and me. You and me. Mano a mano. You step on my face? F**k you!
That earlier incident traces back to the September 7 edition of Raw where Reed tried to plant his foot over a downed Femi as a show of dominance. However, Femi angrily swatted the foot away.
Despite Femi still not having gotten a clean win over Breakker, the escalating tension with Reed specifically now looks like WWE’s next planned direction for both men.
