CM Punk joined the WWE announce table on Monday’s RAW and will remain a part of the announce team in the months to come. The main reason Punk was added to the announce team is because Vince McMahon has always been a big fan of 3-man announce teams. With Punk out of action for a few months due to his lower back injury, WWE officials wanted to keep him on television, so the announce team was a good fit.

– As he’s stated on Twitter in the past few weeks, Joey Styles’s WWE contract expires today. According to a reliable source, Styles is expected to remain with the company and will likely sign a new deal soon.

WWE has released several Christmas ornaments, including John Cena and as a snowman and Rey Mysterio as a masked snowman. Other performers with ornaments include Miz, John Morrison, Undertaker, Triple H and the Divas Butterfly.

WWE went back to using R-Truth’s old “What’s Up” theme song because they didn’t believe his new song was catching on.

Daniel Bryan was asked on Twitter what his favorite independent matches were of 2010. He wrote:
