ESPN’s Amin Elhassan Apologizes For Tweets About Kevin Owens’ Son

ESPN’s Amin Elhassan has publicly apologized for a series of tweets form earlier this week about Kevin Owens’ son. Elhassan mocked the 8-year-old for being proud of his father winning the WWE Universal Championship, since pro wrestling is scripted and all. Things got worse when Elhassan was informed Owens’ son is autistic and then doubled down on his position.

Several pro wrestling personalities spoke out about the situation, including Cody Rhodes (telling WWE to cut ties with ESPN), Mick Foley and Jonathan Coachman. However you feel about his initial tweets, Elhassan admitted they were in poor taste and apologized to Owens and his family.
