Ronda Rousey Retains WWE RAW Women’s Title At Evolution

Ronda Rousey was able to successfully retain the WWE RAW Women’s Title once she beat Nikki Bella at Sunday’s (October 28, 2018) WWE Evolution pay-per-view event in Long Island, New York at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on the WWE Network.

Rousey has put distance between herself and MMA as now she’s in the WWE and is learning to make the transition from the Octagon to the ring after being out of the fight game for two years after suffering devastating losses in her last two bouts under the UFC banner.

Rousey made her professional wrestling in-ring debut when teaming up with Kurt Angle to defeat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team match at WrestleMania 34 in April after signed made her promotional debut at the Royal Rumble event.

It’s possible that WWE will book a rematch between these two stars at the next PPV show or the company has different plans for the two stars. The Survivor Series pay-per-view event takes place on Sunday, November 18, 2018 in Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center and will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets.
