Avery Styles will be at TNA Lockdown this Sunday in Chicago. TNA Wrestling confirmed the appearance Saturday night on its official X account. What he’ll be doing there has yet to be revealed

The post reads: “JUST CONFIRMED: Avery Styles will be at #TNALockdown on Sunday at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago,” alongside a promotional graphic of Styles set against the Chicago skyline.

Avery Styles is the 19-year-old son of AJ Styles. He made his professional wrestling debut in June and has since worked matches for Squared Circle Action and GCW, including a win at his GCW debut in Omaha on August 1 using a Spiral Tap.

TNA has not clarified whether Styles will wrestle, appear ringside, or take part in a segment. Lockdown airs live on pay-per-view and TNA+ Sunday, August 23, with doors at 3 p.m. CT, the pre-show at 4 p.m. CT, and the main card starting at 5 p.m. CT.

Every match on the Lockdown card is contested inside a steel cage, marking the first time the concept has returned since 2016. The Lethal Lockdown match headlines, with The Hardys defending the TNA World Tag Team Championships against The Nemeths also on the card.

Styles has been a frequent topic in wrestling media over the past two weeks after Arik Cannon publicly criticized him for not helping set up the ring at a GCW event, a dispute that drew comments from AJ Styles and Cody Rhodes.
