Je’Von Evans has revealed the segment that made him want to be a wrestler.
The Young OG was the most recent guest on A Shot of Brandi. He talked about things such as the one move he is afraid of trying, wrestling Randy Orton in NXT, and more.
During the talk, the high-flying star revealed that it was his grandmother who got him into wrestling at first. When asked what made him want to step in the ring himself, Je’Von Evans revealed that it was a PG era segment between Triple H and Sheamus:
So there was a segment between Triple H and Sheamus, and Triple H gave Sheamus a pedigree through the announce table on Monday Night Raw. I remember watching that and I was like, oh, this is tough. Like, I wanna do that, you know what I mean?
The Game went on a long hiatus from WWE TV after suffering a torn bicep in his match with Sheamus at the April 2010 Extreme Rules PPV. He returned to the company on the February 21, 2011 Raw, challenging Undertaker to a WrestleMania match.
Next week on the Red Branded Show, Triple H attacked Sheamus. He Pedigreed the Celtic Warrior through the announce desk for putting him out of action for 10 months. The two had no further interaction as Triple H continued his rivalry with Taker, while Sheamus feuded with Daniel Bryan.
