Mercedes Mone will return to WWE for one thing.
The former Sasha Banks has established herself as a draw since leaving the Endeavor-owned promotion in 2022. Apart from her thriving AEW career, she has proven her worth by bringing attention to her work in NJPW and various indie promotions.
Despite all her success since leaving the company, however, there are many fans who still wish to see the former Women’s Champion back in the place where she first found her stardom.
One such fan recently asked the wrestling veteran when she will return to WWE in the comments of a recent Instagram post. Mercedes Mone decided to answer the question this time, writing that she will return to the company when they induct her into the Hall of Fame:
The 34-year-old continues to reach new heights in her career outside of WWE. She most recently won the Owen Hart Cup for the second year in a row at the Forbidden Door PPV, becoming the first two-time winner of the tournament and earning herself a Women’s Title match at All In.
With her continued success, it doesn’t appear that the Boss will be slowing down anytime soon, and so fans will have to wait a long time to see her going into the WWE Hall of Fame.
