Shiloh Hill will be back sooner.
The former LFG star had revealed on this week’s episode of NXT that he suffered a fractured skull while competing in a match against Tristan Angels on the July 28 episode of the development show.
The 27-year-old revealed that he suffered a fracture in a part of his skull called the maxilla. Noting that it was a rare injury, Hill had suggested the damage will keep him out of action for a considerable amount of time.
In an update on X, however, Shiloh Hill revealed some good news for his fans. The development star noted that his swelling has gone down quickly, and because of the placement of the fracture, the doctors are hopeful that he will be able to return sooner than first thought:
Thank you all for all the get well wishes. recently got some good news which is that because of the placement of the fracture and how quickly the swelling has gone down. I may be back in the ring a little sooner than the Doctor’s initially thought.
The NXT star had not revealed how long he was expected to stay on the shelf so it’s hard to say what his new recovery timeline will look like. Stay tuned for more updates on his status.
